About this apartment rental

JOLLI One-Bedroom Apartmentis located in the strict city center of Rovinj (pedestrian area). The nearest beach is located in 7minutes walking distance. Interior size is 50m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is in the kitchen and the other air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.It is not possible to access the accommodation with a car because it is located in a pedestrian area.
PARKING: Private parking is not available. Public parking on payment can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed(sofa bed foldable double).If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: Check-in: 14:00- 22:00 Check-out: 06:00 -10:00

Accommodation is situated in Rovinj - small romantic town on the west coast of the Istrian Peninsula. Crowded with colourful houses, narrow streets, small squares and many art galleries.
It is one of the most 'photogenic' towns in the Mediterranean. It was once a fishing town and today is one of the most popular and most developed tourist resorts in Croatia.

We had a great time in this spacious apartment. It was a little tricky to locate but the kind man in the bar/restaurant below helped us out! Great location close to paid parking and to the sea.

The accommodation and location was excellent and so close to everything in beautiful Rovinj. Communication was excellent and an early entry was very appreciated. One negative is the very poor water pressure and tiny shower area otherwise the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

The flat is exactly as described. Overall cheap and cheerful. If you’re after a glamorous stay, this isn’t it — but if you want a budget-friendly spot in an amazing location, right in the heart of the city, it delivers. The bed is big and comfortable, though a couple more pillows (and cases) would’ve been nice. Towels were provided, but only one large one. The bathroom is smaller than the photos suggest, which made it feel less relaxing compared to the rest of the space. Good aircon, thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper were appreciated. The main drawback was the water pressure, both in the shower and kitchen, which really wasn’t great at all. Overall, you get what you pay for — no surprises, just an honest stay in a fantastic location.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, close to everything. The communication with the hosts was excellent – they provided clear instructions that made the check-in and our stay very easy.

We had a delightful stay in Rovinj at the JOLLI apartment. The location could not be better, in the middle of the old town and so completely walkable to anything you'd want. The communication was easy, both with the management company and the actual owner (which is nice). The place was clean and comfortable as well. My only negative was that we were not informed that we needed to turn the hot water heater switch on before we got any hot water! This resulted in a chilly morning cleaning. Just wish we had better communication on that, but it is a minor issue in an otherwise perfect place.

We were so happy to arrive in this clean, bright and spacious apartment in the middle of Rovinj. The two A/C units quickly cooled the place and we felt right at home. Everything worked great! The apartment was on the 1st floor, just above one of the best shopping areas in the city, yet it was quiet and private. We'll be back!!!

Location was great, an airy and light apartment, you can close outside window shutters at night for darkness otherwise it’s very bright from street lamps. Once windows are all closed it’s quiet with just a little street noise as expected but it didn’t disturb my sleep with ear plugs. Bed was super comfy.

Perfect location. Easy walk to restaurants, harbor, etc. comfortable bed. Only minor complaint is that there was no laundry detergent and we were there over a holiday (markets closed).
