VILLA BURIC One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace 1is a 3star Apartment.It is located in 15minutes walking distance from town centerand in 15minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 48m2 and terraceis15m2. It is located on floor: 0.The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 person
BED DESCRIPTION: twin beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable double). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 14€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Great property! The host was wonderful and immediately available next door to the property. The property is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to the historical area and multiple parking lots. Very pet friendly. Hughly recommend.

The hosts were very attentive and gracious. The appartment was large with a well-equipped kitchen. The location felt safe and calm. The terrace was nice.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fanden das Apartment für 2 Personen mit Hund perfekt geeignet. Die Terasse war hundesicher umzäunt mit einer Markise für zusätzlichen Sonnenschutz. Anna-Maria, die Hausherrin spricht hervorragend deutsch und gibt auch gerne gute Restaurant Tipps. Die moderne Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei, muss aber mit 8 € pro Wäsche extra bezahlt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
