Fantastic apartment, great location. Amazing pizza stones throw away (Pizzeria Stari Grad). Book it!

Great communication with hosts and an excellent location in Rovinj. Really nice to have an outdoor balcony space for morning coffee / evening drink. Perfect accommodation for our needs and a lovely stay in Rovinj.

This absolutely wasn't a problem for us but some elderly visitors, those with small children or with large / heavy luggage may struggle with the steep staircase up to the apartment.

the bed is really uncomfortable it needs replacement there is a lot of super steep stairs so its not recommended if you have big luggage and heavy luggage old tv

The stairs to the apartment were very steep I wouldn’t recommend to travellers with suitcases Ours weren’t big and it was a struggle to get them up would be fine with cabin sized luggage Tv didn’t work but not a big issue for us

Really well located property, comfortable, airy and perfect for a few days in Rovinj.

Great location, right in the centre and very easy to get in touch with the hosts. The door handle fell off the main door one morning, so I was trapped in the building, and they sorted it out within 5 minutes, which was fantastic. The little terrace was really nice to have. I felt safe and secure and the room was light and airy. Early check-in was possible which I hadn't expected but was very grateful for.

A few small touches like more glasses in the kitchen and hooks in the bathroom would have been great, but otherwise, all good!

For information for future guests, Stairs are steep but that is to be expected in the centre of Rovinj, not much of a view from balcony

Great apartment with balcony in perfect location

The apartment is in the old town, perfect location. Nice furniture and the balcony of the apartment in the third floor is super nice. Only a few steps away from restaurants, Monte beach and shops. A small market is nearby.

NO WIFI ACCESS. Not worth the money

The only thing that i liked was the location, in the old town of Rovinj, close to all bars and restaurants.

First of all the wifi didn't work at all, so if you expect to have free internet access, forget about it. I messaged the hosts a couple of times regarding this issue, and they simply left me on read, with no answer, and still no internet access, so I had to pay my service provider for 4G, because otherwise I would not have had internet at all for a whole week, and I absolutely need it for my work. Second of all, the kitchen appliances were in a very bad state, and a lot of them were missing. Thirdly, we only received two small towels per person for the whole entire stay ( there were 2 of us) and after messaging the hosts, they told me that I had to pay extra if I wanted more (needless to say that there was no towel for the floor in the bathroom, and the entire bathroom floor was a mess after two showers).

apartment 6 was lovely. basic but nice. got a little balcony and good air conditioning. very clean. as long as you can manage three flights of steep stairs. it’s the best

The “terrace” was an enclosed space completely obscured by buildings around it and air conditioning units of adjacent apartments blowing hot air into your face. Don’t believe the photos they show you

Läget var perfekt mitt i Gamla stan.

Utmanande trappor att ta sig upp till rummet. Ganska smutsigt och ofräscht med avloppsdoft. Ingen plan för ev brandutrymning då dörrar krävde nyckel för att komma ut.

Gute Lage, aber das Studio Iris würde ich nicht empfehlen

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt.

Die Toilette und Dusche waren sehr schlecht geputzt. Auch hinterm Bett waren dicke Staubwolken. Der Balkon war eingebettet von den umliegenden Häusern. Absolut keine Freisicht. Teilweise waren die Glühbirnen kaputt und die Fernbedienung für den TV funktionierte auch nicht.

Apartment (5) entsprach nicht den Bildern. Die Bilder aller Apartments sind gemeinsam dargestellt.Hätte ich bei eindeutigen Bildern (Balkon im Schacht) nicht gebucht. Ausserdem ist im Zimmer sehr modriger, lästiger Geruch.
