Location, balcony, cosy apartment with lots of light. Good quality linen.

We stayed four nights and did not have the internet for the duration…..96 hours. It was frustrating and annoying for ongoing arrangements and general correspondence. Provided with two excuses and concluded that they probably AI generated. No soap or adequate toilet paper. Both issues were rectified but these issues are a waste of our holiday time. No hot water connected to the kitchen sink so that necessitated a wash up in the bathroom….unsatisfactory. Wardrobe and sideboard superfluous as there is no room for two chairs….spent a lot of time sitting on the bed. Bathroom sink plug had to be released using finger nails. 3.00 pm release of entry code ….staggeringly petty. Apartment only for the fit with small luggage….48 vertically challenging stairs, particularly at the apt entrance. Management needs to get this apt more professionally organised. Note: we were reimbursed a minuscule refund for the lack of wifi and significant inconvenience via Bookings.com
