Beautiful and cosy place to stay in the heart of Rovinj.

Everything was great. The apartment is situated in the center of Rovinj and is very cosy and clean. It has everything you need. The roof terrace is simply wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Villa Nea

Fabulous, don't hesitate to book! Perfect location on a very quiet street, but near many bars/restaurants. 5 min walk to main plaza. The apartment (Molly) was huge and looked like it had been decorated by a professional. The lighting was gorgeous, quirky modern chandeliers. The concierge, Anna Maria, had many great suggestions for food and wine.

There is a very steep staircase. Lovely Anna Maria helped me with my suitcase

There were way too many steep and dangerous stairs to climb with suitcases. It should be noted when booking so people are aware.

Only minor point as we dined out mostly , would be to have a toaster for breakfast but given it’s a loft apartment perhaps it’s more health & safety issue so understandable.

Absolutely wonderful!!! 😊

Absolutely amazing spot. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Very secure, clean and spacious. Fit our family of four very comfortably. The host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly. Actually..better than the listing. Exceeded our expectations. Had to park a short distance away and travel with our baggage which for us wasn't a problem but worth mentioning. You can hire a service to help with baggage transport.

Excellent location, close to all the amenities but also tucked away from noisy streets. Very comfortable and nicely arranged. Ombra and Tunaholic just down the road.

Mixed Feelings

It was central and in the heart of the town. It was spacious and comfortable. It had a lovely view of the harbour. Air con was a great idea and used a lot. The fancy coffee machine was a nice touch and we did get extra pods for it so Thankyou.

1: Cleanliness - Upon arrival it hadn’t been cleaned properly, dust layer under tv area, where floor mopped around the tv, salad tray in fridge had bits in it. Wardrobe was dusty and bits in it. Kettle had water left in it and had limescale bits coming out. We were there for 10 days and the apartment didn’t get cleaned and there was nothing available for us to clean it. Such as a mop or a brush. The balcony had bird poo and dirt which was there the whole stay. The entrance area to the building wasn’t cleaned during our entire stay it had bird poo and debris, built up daily. 2: It says it has a safety deposit box online but couldn’t find it and owner stated it didn’t have one. 3: There was a mix up as to our apartment booking, we were given the wrong apartment, the owner did reply promptly and gave us the details of the correct apartment. 4: During the stay there was a foul drain smell as you walked into the apartment which lingered upstairs. This really needs looking at. 5: We didn’t realise that there was no bottom sheet on the bed until we bumped into the cleaner and she put one on when changing the bedding and towels, 5days into our stay. 6: A couple of maintenance issues: a) The curtains leading to outside space don’t fit the door space and are way too long. b) The chairs outside were starting to unravel c) The exterior light had exposed wires and the area looked like it was mid repairs and had no light shade.

Best lovation and sea view in Rovinj

The property is just amazing, it is literally in the center of Rovinj, the view from the terrace is incredible, you can see the sunset and eat dinner there so it is really one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in Croatia. I recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful and charming place to stay in the heart of Rovinj

This apartment is wonderful. It was quiet, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. Out your door is everything you could hope to see. I enjoyed staying there very much and appreciated the hosts responsiveness to communication.

It was a little tricky locating it the first time from the bus station, but once I did, it was very convenient and easy to find.

Great Central Old Town location. Quiet and comfortable hideaway. Free parking a 15 min walk away. Very comfortable stay.

Great place, great location, great city.

Huge place, very nicely appointed. We stayed in a place on the top floor. Even though the ceiling was sloped at a acute angle, there was still lots of usable living space and it felt very large and airy, not cramped at all. Fantastic balcony with great views of rooftops and a good bit of the Adriatic. Locations was absolutely fantastic, a short easy walk (about 2-3 blocks) to Puntulina and swimming off the rocks. I think this place is called Baluota Beach. We took advantage of this, going down from the room with just our bathing suit and towels (and key) - fantastic! Location is also right in the middle of old town, with restaurants and shops, etc. The owner was super nice. We were able to leave our bikes in the entranceway, which is good because we never would have gotten them up the stairs! This was one of our favorite stays from our vacation in Istria. We'd love to come back and stay here again some day.

Quick note- we left some towels to dry out on the balcony, and a seagull pooped on them! No fault of the place or the owner, just something to keep in mind :)

Location was great and very central. Hosts provided plenty of info on parking etc.

Stairs were dangerous and one was broken. The tap & toilet seat were loose. It also wasn't clear on which rooms had a balcony, it looked like this was the main selling point for the place.

Nice place with some things to consider

If you are looking for a nice, romantic place for a couple in the middle of the old town then this is a great choice... Cleanliness, Desing of the room, Rovinj.

The place for families with kids is rather inconvenient. The advertised distances from the beach, and parking you can multiply by 2-3 at least. The nearest available parking was 2km away and still cost 2 EUR per hour ... and to walk from there pulling the bags on slippery cobblestones is quite challenging. Stairs in the house (rather ladders) are quite dangerous. The advertised apartment had a balcony, but the one given didn't. So if you don't mind walking (a lot) and climbing dangerous stairs then this is an apartment for you.... if you come with kids, better chose a hotel.

I though the location was charming. One thing to know is there are no cars allowed in the area so you have to walk about 10 minutes to the location and it is up a steep staircase with some loose steps. the space it self was beautiful and the host was lovely. The pictures show a number of their apartments so I thought we would have a balcony, but that must be another one of their locations. something I think bookings.com should have host distinguish for guests.

Superb

Location is really good. The apartment is very spacious. We were allowed to have later check out for free which was fantastic. Wi-fi was good, since we traveled for business we needed it to be good for calls. All in all good experience.

The stairs to second floor were too steam with one stair even broken (not the safest feature), but with location in old town one shouldn't expect different stairs. There wasn't spare toilet paper, we didn't expect to have to buy toilet paper. As well there are no other things I expected to find in the bathroom like shampoo or bath shower. For us the bed was too soft, but this is individual preference.

Fresh spacious and lovely apartment

Beautiful apartment on the top floor, modern, light, freshly furnished with all required amenities and nice details for living. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea facilities, even ice in the fridge. Super comfy bed and sofa bed in the living room, quiet, view to the roofs of the old town. We were enjoying the apartment and would definitely like to come back again.

Disappointing

In bathroom doesnt have heating! Temperature was 5 degree. Windows doesnt have chandaliers, we cant sleep after 8 o'clock. In bathroom water presure was very bad! Never again in this apartmants.
