This apartment was in a perfect location in the heart of old town. Steps from the water and easy access to bus station, stores and all sites. We loved the apartment and especially the location.

The steps up to the apartment were pretty steep. There is no view of the water (or anything else) from the apartment.

Need to plan parking for car outside the car free area but this is part of being in a car free area. The free parking area suggested was full.

Great host and location with comfortable room!!

Great location- in the middle of the old town and 2 minutes to the beach!! We experienced a nice lifestyle in a heart of the old town - close to all sorts of eateries, craft shops and art galleries, the harbour and sightseeing spots. The owner was very helpful- provided all information on my requests such as nice casual eateries etc. Also very close to the market - i bought some fresh fish, fruits and vegetables, and cooked at the accomodation which was lovely!! Basic cooking tools were there. A very pleasant stay:)

Staircase- my room was on 2nd floor- and the staircase was steep and narrow to carry our suitcases.

The location is in the heart of Rovinj. Lana was very kind to us and explained everything. She also helped us with finding our transport to Pula ! Definitely to recommend! Go without hesitation.

Perfect stay in the heart of Rovinj

Excellent studio, nicely decorated, everything new and super clean! Lana is super host. Location couldn’t be better, so charming. Although in the heart of Rovinj, the windows are soundproof so you sleep tight. Will come back!

Amazing location in the heart of Rovinj with proximity to both shops and beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment was really nice with all necessities available. With the windows closed, no noice from the streets below could be heard which was very good. If we come back to Rovinj, we will definitely book this again.

The location is simply perfect! You can see the sea from the apartment and you are directly in the city center. The room was cute, clean and we had everything we needed. The communication with the host was easy and we got our question answered immediately.

It was a really nice stay

The Apartment was beautiful. It was very clean and the beds were also comfortable. The room had everything you could need. The apartment was in a really good location. You could go anywhere in just a few minutes. You can go to the beach in just under 2 minutes. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. Also the host Lana is very nice and explained everything to us in advance, so we knew exactly how to get in and what to expect. I would definitely book again there and would recommend it.

The location was superb, a stone throw away from the beach and in the heart of the old town of Rovinj. The property is freshly renovated, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable plus, the check-in and check-out was very smooth. The host was great at communicating and it really felt like a 'home away from home'. Will definitely be staying here again.

I cannot fault this property. Surpassed all expectations and great value for money.

What a lovely place!! Right at the old town, with all the restaurants and bars and a few steps away from the beach. Sparkling clean and comfortable. Kitchenette is a plus. Easy check in. We absolutely love this place. Thank you for hosting.

A little noisy at night because of the bars but we expected even before we booked so it really didn’t bother us.

The place was well located in the heart of the old town. Clean, and really good shower.

You had to put your own duvet cover on the duvet. It was Quite Noisy outside in the early hours of the morning when people were spilling out of the bars and restaurants.

Exceptional

We stayed in a studio on the first floor for 3 nights. The studio is really nice, modern, cosy and what is the most important, very clean. The location is perfect - directly in the old town, near to nice bars and good restaurants and famous church St. Euphemia. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee directly on the sea, which is just a few steps away. Just a few meters away you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset by a good dinner and a glass of wine (in Puntolina). Check in and check out is very uncomplicated and access to apartment with code and card is very handy. We forgot some stuff in the apartment by check out and our host Lana send it to us per post, which was extremly kind - thanks again! To make it short: it is a perfect spot for exploring the wonderful old town of Rovinj and we can really recommend this place.

I had a good feeling about my stay here right from the beginning, when I saw where it was located, when I saw the pictures, when I heard back from the owner so quickly and helpfully. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In nur zwei Minuten ist man an einem kleinen Klippenstrand, wo man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Lana ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin – herzlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit für ihre Gäste da. Sie ist auch ganz unkompliziert per WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Dobrá voľba pre bývanie v starom historickom centre Rovinju

Veľmi dobrá komunikácia s majiteľkou hneď od potvrdenia rezervácie. Poslala v správach veľa užitočných rád. Apartmán bol efektívne zariadený, útulný, čistý. Nakoľko sa apartmán nachádza v starom historickom kamennom dome, nie je jednoduché udržiavať ubytovanie v tak účelnom stave. Toto ubytovanie určite odporúčam.

Bez výhrad. Nemám nič, čo by stálo za zmienku.

Siamo stati benissimo in una location molto romantica.

Tutto adeguato ed idoneo, l'appartamento è molto carini e si trova in una posizione invidiabile.

Mi è piaciuto molto; l'unica cosa se posso consigliare data la posizione sarebbe molto gradito il servizio di trasporto bagagli con l'ape in quanto l'ho dovuto fare da solo affittando un mezzo idoneo e passare tra i vicoli non è semplicissimo data l'affluenza delle persone.

Die perfekte Lage, die unheimlich freundliche Kommunikation mit Lana und für die Größe der Unterkunft toll ausgestattet. Preisleistung sehr gut ! Klimanalage ist Gold wert! Wir kommen wieder !!!
