Paradise Found

Gorgeous apartment and the view is just spectacular. Everything was lovely, clean and comfortable. Will be happy to return again. Hosts were so kind and helpful also. We really felt like VIPs.

It didn't bother us but just be aware there is a cafe bar just below and is loud, but it stopped early (10pm) and honestly the music and laughter just added to the atmosphere. It probably goes later in the summer.

Very kind hosts, comfortable apartment on the seashore, and a great cocktail bar downstairs.

Parking in the center is very expensive. Ask your host for cheaper parking options.

Great location. Overpriced.

Location was great. Restaurants are great. Pretty town. Locals helpful. Gorgeous sunsets. Shopping is limited to a small Konzum and a Tommy. A good bakery off the square. We were offered a golf cart and driver to get in and out at a cost of 15E which was essential.

Above a very noisy bar, from mid to late morning until late. Had to close the windows to sleep. Basic furnishings. More like a hostel. Kitchen equipment needs updating. In all, the apartment was markedly overpriced cf others accommodation options. We would not return or recommend at this price. Be aware there is an invasive species in this part of the Adriatic known as Ctenophora, commonly called comb jellies or sea-walnut. Whilst they do not sting as such, they make swimming unpleasant and can be present in large numbers. For the most part they come in and go out with the tide each day. A reason why we would not return to Rovinj.

Very central apartment with a great view that will fit the needs of a small family of four...

The view and location, the fact that it had 2 separate rooms, washing machine, the parking. Being very sensitive to noise, we did not have any issues with not being able to sleep because of the central location or the bar downstairs.

A bottle of water and some coffee would have been a customer-oriented action, which is not expensive. The lack of a balcony is compensated by the best bar in town, located downstairs. We had a very bad experience with one of the restaurants called Konoba Jure, recommended by the host. This neither affects the review of our stay nor the politeness of Marsela, but is a heads-up for the owner to be aware of future similar suggestions.

Amazing place

What an amazing property right on the water in the middle of town. There’s a place right next door for the beach and everything else is 4 minutes walking distance. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Perfect location with amazing views!!

The location was amazing with beautiful views of the water. Marsela was a fabulous host she meet us and gave us a run down of the property and messaged us with things do do during our stay.

Beautiful views, cozy stay.

Wonderful stay. The apartment is really well located, and has wonderful views of the water. Very comfortable as well. Just right for us - I can imagine during peak season it might be a bit loud if the bar is active late, but for us during should season, it was not a problem at all.

Recommended location near the lake

Very cozy location, side of the lake. It's very pleasant view especially wake up in the morning and see lake view

Location is very far from parking lot, as an old town cannot drive through with car, so we need to carry our own luggage to apartment. Also have an issue for bathroom toilet as it is spoiled

Perfect holiday in Rovinj

Loved the apartment, amazing location and lovely views out. Close to everything in Rovinj which is a very beautiful place. On the first night the noise from the downstairs bar was a bit loud though this is because we went to bed very early after travelling -- it was not a problem for the rest of the stay and was nice to have a bit of life immediately underneath. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really, we really loved it here. Could maybe have done with a little more consumables (there was no washing up sponge and liquid so we just used the dishwasher which was fine though we didn't need to). There is a well stocked local shop about a minute away.

Gorgeous home away from home!

The apt is exactly what you see on the pics! In the heart of town, with a beautiful sea view from all windows, spacius, furnished with all you could need for a short stay (including dishwasher - and detergent for it!, laundry, coffee, sugar, oil, salt...you name it!). The host is super helpful, arranged pick up on the golf cart from the parking spot and was easy to communicate with via text. We would definitely go back for a longer stay!

There is a bar downstairs which could be noisy in the evening given the proximity (not during our stay though), just a thought to keep in mind if you like to sleep early....but, hey, it is vacation :)

Idealic seaside Istrian vacation

The location is excellent. The views of the Adriatic sea are fabulous from every window as the apartment is directly seaside. There are four large windows you can open for the lovely fresh sea breeze. Being right on the water, and within walking distance of most everything is so convenient. We took a ferry to Venice, and the catamaran is just a few short minutes down the street to the port. We enjoyed the Mediterraneo bar which is just below the apartment with a lively and relaxing atmosphere and a variety of alcohol and non alcohol beverages. This apartment is far better than a hotel in our opinion. We like being able to cook, wash clothes, spread out & relax. This apartment is spacious, clean & comfortable. Rovinj is our favorite of all our Croatia destinations, and we will return.

Amazing off season experience

Breathtaking view from the apartment's windows. Sea accessible for swimming just few steps from the house. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen with all the essentials available. Very clean and also warm - visited in February and the heating worked fine!

There was only 1 air conditioner. Caught ferry early in morning, and were told we wouldn't have help with our bags or any transport for us, as the people with the golf cart didn't work that early. A bit of noise as the bar was downstairs, not too late though, quiet after midnight.

A perfect anniversary stay in a wonderful apartment!

Great location - right in the heart of the old town. Superb Views and a lovely little bar underneath. we loved our drinks there every evening, looking out to the sea. The apartment was very clean, roomy and well equipped. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Stunning apartment with incredible views in beautiful Rovinj

Absolutely stunning apartment in incredible location with amazing views. We felt so fortunate to have stayed here and will definitely be back. We loved going to the bar below for coffees / cocktails and swimming in azure water from the swimming area just along from the apartment. Great support from Laura who went above and beyond to help us by navigating us to the apartment and helping with the car parking. Thank you!

Really nothing. It was perfection! Arriving and finding the apartment was a little tricky, but our fault really as we hadn't got mobile set up for Croatia so were unable to contact Laura - once we did arrive (having pulled cases over a lot of cobbles!) the support was brilliant.

Perfect Stay

Absolutely amazing location with stunning views, very nice & accommodating host! The bar downstairs has amazing views and we only wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed it more! Very walkable area. Host arranged free parking and transportation from the parking location via golf cart with bags to old town where the apartment is located We will definitely be back! A perfect place to stay!

A first rate experience right on the Adriatic sea.

Unbelievable location- on the water with fabulous views and a short walk to everything. Jasmin was a great host- friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. His recommendations from restaurants, to bike routes were spot on. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Not much- we had one rainy day. But seriously, he even had Netflix, so we could watch a couple episodes of our favorite TV series before bed.
