Exceptional appartment in the centre on the sea front.

Everything! The apartment is beautifully presented all needs are catered for every detail is taken care of all the small extra touches like the throws for the balcony candles everywhere the toiletries provided selection of tea and cookies the coffee pods even a bottle of wine in the fridge and the location couldn’t be more central but the crowning glory is the sea view from every window it’s a very special appartment and we can’t wait hopefully one day to come back. Thankyou to the lovely friendly hosts who have done such a beautiful job in renovating the apartment to such a lovely standard we really enjoyed our holiday in such a lovely setting in beautiful Rovinj ❤️

Perfect place to stay in Rovinj with great view of the sea

We loved this apartment, it’s the perfect place to stay in Rovinj. The view of the Adriatic from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is central in the old town, with bars and restaurants right outside the door, and the beautiful «beach» just a couple of minutes walk away (rocky formations where you can sunbathe, jump or use practical steps into the water). Although is is bustling outside the apartment, it is quiet due to very well insulated windows. The apartment, which is on three floors, feels very clean, airy and with a lot of attention to detail. The owners are very helpful and attentive. When there was a problem with the WiFi, it was immediately fixed. I cannot think of a better place to stay in Rovinj.

Relaxing stay in beautiful town

Fantastc location right in the heart of the town but also very quiet despite busy restaurants being nearby. One of the few places with a balcony overlooking the harbour

Steep stairs but all properties in the old town are likely to be similar.Bathroom on bottom floor but not an issue unless you have mobility problems

Fantastic place! Very cozy and spacy apartment just in front of the sea. From our point of view 2 best restaurants are in the neighbouring buildings.

Fantastic location, perfectly clean, modern with stunning view. Hosts very helpful. Beds were amasing and we slept excellent! We were several times in Rovinj, but this place is by far the best we have seen. We will for sure come back again and enjoy the magic view.

Lovely stay in Rovinj!

Great location right in the city center and lovely apartment- very cozy and well furnished. Loved the sound of the waves and seagulls. The balcony is amazing! The communication was more than easy and Maurizio&Orjeta were very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back! (Not negative- but indeed there are a lot of steps)

Bright, modern, friendly apartment rental in the heart of the city.

This was a beautiful apartment, an ideal spot for our family of four to spend vacation! The location made it easy to visit the store and bakeries for breakfast, and every morning we woke up to the most beautiful views! Everything is clean, light, modern, and the kitchen was large and bright for cooking when we wanted to stay home. The owners were kind and pointed us toward the best restaurants in town. They have bicycles for rent that we used to ride to the park, where our kids had fun playing in the water and building cairns. This is truly a lovely place!

Top Ferienwohnung - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt! Sehr sauber, liebevoll & geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüsst. Die Lage ist ideal: Ruhig, aber trotzdem nahe an Restaurants und mit direktem Zugang zum Meer in 5 Minuten Gehdistanz. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.
