location was fantastic, offsite parking, they brought our luggage and us to the apt, check out seamless.

Posizione, servizio navetta dal parcheggio, appartamento spazioso e arredato con gusto, l'idea di essere in un palazzo antico.
Va specificato che si tratta di un palazzo antico (col suo fascino), ma con qualche inconveniente come la scala stretta con gradini non agevoli per arrivarci

The apartment is managed by an agency and all the staff was very efficient and professional. It is situated in the centre of the old town. The parking in about 1.5 km away but the agency drives guests to the apartment in the electric car.
After we booked, we were informed we would be charged 15 euro/night for our poodle. We travel all over Europe and are used to paying an extra cleaning fee, but NEVER per night. There was no remote control for the TV, so we could not use it at all. The owen did not work. We even found the caffetiere dirty with the remains of the coffee from previous guests. No bedside lamps or any other source of light apart from the celing. The light above the bed not working.
