Exceptional

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Such a unique and special place. One of the only apartments with a south facing terrace right in the middle of the old town. It really is even better than the photos!! The inside is beautiful and so large. And the terrace just wow!!! Very hard to tear ourselves away from that view. Comfortable sunlongers and table and chairs. The sunsets from there were out of this world! Added bonus was the "sea pool" underneath, just 1 minute from the house. There was also a beautiful bar underneath too. Walkable to everything and the tourist agency who look after it were extremely helpful. We didn't want to leave!

Nothing I didn't like! If I was to be picky, maybe there could be some toiletries (shower gel) in the bathroom and a few essentials like olive oil in the kitchen would have been nice. But other than that it was a really fantastic apartment and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!!

Dream vacation for a family with small children

The location is the best of the best. It is in the center of the old city and easy access to a beach where we visited every day while our stay (better to bring marine shoes and snorkel because it is rocky beach with small fishes). You can get a map of recommended restaurants at the souvenirs shop next door, but you don't have to always depend on it because there are so many fine seafood restaurants/bars with nice views near around. Our children loved the balcony. We can see the port on the left side, and beach on the right side. The door to the balcony can be keep wide opening always .

Loved it

Very spacious apartment, amazing terrace by the water, the entrance into the water is some steps away from the door. We were provided with everything needed. Nice location. Zlatko was very helpful and friendly- picked us from the entrance to rovinj, guided us to a safe parking place, gave us suggestions for restaurants (as not everything was open on Jan 1st). It was all very good. We will for sure choose the same apartment if we go back to Rovinj.

Spacious. Balcony with sea views made it special. Swimming hole next to apartment. Nicely appointed. Aircon and washing machine. Very comfortable. Good location.

Considering the price is at the high end we would have expected a dishwasher. There are Bars each side so gets quite noisy from mid afternoon until late at night. However, most windows when shut tightly can reduce noise considerably.

A beautiful tranquil oasis in the centre of historical Rovinj

The location in the old part of Rovinj was perfect, the view from the balcony was stunning! Two bedrooms one very large and the other, a good size, both with very good storage space. A very sociable open plan apartment with all you need for home cooking (grocery shops a 5 minute walk away & bakery). Start the morning with a swim off the rocks next door to the apartment (a ladder to get back out). Coffee on the balcony, watch the morning life of the harbour with fishing, tour boats and ferries cruising along. Get lost roaming along the streets of the old city, view the architecture, lots of great shops in Rovinj with local artwork, clothing shops and cafes. Various swimming spots in the old city as well as the Golden Cape Park? 20min walk south but worth it, (good beaches for families). Evening drinks on the balcony are a must before joining locals & tourists alike at the Mediterraneo Bar next door, Yasmine & co are great hosts. So many wonderful restaurants and bars to choose from, I don't think you can go wrong at any one of them. Friendly, kind, helpful locals, love the people we met! A very safe comfortable town day & night. One week was not enough!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Direkt in Rovinj, nahe am Hafen gelegen mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Trotz Lage im Apartment sehr ruhig. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Freundliche Gastgeber. Parkplatz durch Gastgeber zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral, aber dies bedeutet auch, das ganze Gepäck zu Fuß zum Apartment zu bringen. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 10-15 min. (je nach Gehgeschwindigkeit) entfernt vom Apartment.

A szállás elhelyezkedése, a felülről történő rálátás a tengerre, az állatvilág és a hajók megfigyelhetősége. A templom, a strand és a sétálóutca közelsége és a forgatag közelség ellenére meglévő nyugalom a lakásban.
