We would highly recommend this apartmen and we had a terrific time in Rovinj.

The host was timely, efficient, friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious and clean, with a small kitchen, and a private parking spot on site which is a rare find. Just a short flight of stairs to haul our luggage up. The location was perfect as it was quiet at night and only a 2-3 minute walk into the heart of the action. It helps that Rovinj is a beautiful town also.

Beautiful town and lots to do and finding time to relax was easy - very friendly people all made for a perfect stay!

Spacious, and parking place was a bonus. The location was also very handy to visit town centre and for eating out!

The apartment was great for two people, but the furnishings were rather sparse and could be improved…some basics: a coffee machine would have been great (usually included in accommodation of this category, for example.)

The property is clean, modern and spacious and within walking distance of all the local attractions, markets and supermarket. Cinzia was very helpful and accommodating. We loved our stay in Rovinj.

Location is perfect, at the edge of the old town, 5 minutes to main square. Parking is free at the location. The apartment is updated, modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Wonderful host, great communication, helps with local interests/restaurants.

Nice brand new apartment right located at the heart of the city center

This property has a great location with walking distance to the city center, most importantly with private parking! The apartment seems newly renovated and the rooms are spacious and very clean. I love its bed size, one king size bad instead of two small beds together with small beddings. Highly recommend it.

When we arrived, there was a road construction and our road entrance was blocked by the construction. So please better contact the landlord who is very helpful by providing the road guidance prior to your arrival.

Great apartment on a great spot in Rovinj!

Great apartment next to the old town of Rovinj. They have a parking spot in the garden wich is extra important if you want to stay close to the old town. The mai. square is 3-5 minutes walk. The owners were super kind and helpful. The apartment was really clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Everything was just perfect. The location, 5 minutes to wherever you want to go in Rovinj. The apartment, well equipped and cozy. The hosts, they are just wonderful people. Don’t make plans, just ask Cinzia for recommendations on attractions and taverns and your experience will be unforgettable.

Excellent place to explore Rovinj

Nicely renovated apartment on the third floor of the building (note: no elevator). Everything is new & functioning. The hosts (who live downstairs) are very friendly and helpful. Private parking in Rovinj was a definite bonus as parking is expensive in the city. The city noises (even during the weekend) are not disturbing in the flat.

There could be some felt pads under the furniture. Now every time one moves a chair etc it is extremely loud. Otherwise everything was great :)

Wonderful days in the heart of Rovinj

The apartment is very modern and clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The location of the apartment is awesome, not to mention the private parking spot that was very convenient. It's only a few meters away from the sea and Rovinj downtown area. The host was very nice and helpful and even let us use their bikes throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice vacation in the heart of Rovinj. Cinzia, thank you for making our stay unforgettable :)

The host is an amazing lady. She even helped us hiring Taxi from Pula airport much cheaper than the guys at the airport. We got all details easily and could leave our luggage as well till late after checkout. Much recommended
