Az óvárosban egyedülálló tetőteraszi kilátás. Kényelmes, tágas, otthonos apartman. Minden helyiség klimatizált. Közel a strand -szabadstrand.
Aki nem számít rá, annak jobb, ha felkészül rá, hogy a sirályok rikoltása éjjelente, és hajnalban zavaró lehet. Füldugó javasolt. Valamint aki hozzá van szokva ahhoz, hogy teljes sötétben alszik, annak a sötétítés -van, de nem teljes-hiánya is zavaró. Sok lépcső!

This place is HUGE! The 1st floor alone was as big as most other apartments in the area. The captains residence was very well appointed, with excellent facilities and was very clean. It has a balcony AND a terrace. The balcony had its own kitchenette which was wonderful to use in the morning to make breakfast. Please bear in mind that there are quite a few stairs up to the apartment, and the stairs up to the terrace were quite steep. However this is not a negative point, it is simply the reality of staying in a medieval old town. When we come back to Rovinj, we will definitely stay at the captains residence again!!!

Härlig utsikt, välstädat, välutrustat och rymligt! Kändes lyxigt. Tyckte om att det fanns strandmadrasser att låna!
Många trappor, passar inte dem som har svårigheter att röra sig. Hade varit trevligt med två kuddar till varje person.
