Incredible apartment with beautiful views

We loved this property, its location was incredible, we had a sea view on one side & the church tower on the other, the rooms are a great size, very well de orated, the kitchen lounge area is small but had all we needed & we spent most of our time when in the apartment outside on the beautiful terrace. Aircon was very good too

Nothing we didn’t love about the property, only small issue was that the WiFi didn’t reach upstairs

A wonderful week staying in the jewel in the crown of Rovinj.

The location was absolutely stunning and worth every penny for the roof terrace. We absolutely loved it.

Pictures made it look much bigger than it is inside and outside Seaview is a stretch. You have to stand on the umbrella base and stretch your neck to see a glimpse.

Perfect place for a long weekend

Location is perfect, next to the church, comfortable, nice view to the sea.

Kitchen was not so well equipped, water tap worked not really good. The sea is only visible from the corner of the terrace.

Dishwasher wod be great. Kitchen storage space too limited. Some description on the property listing about getting to the apartment with luggage, and not being able to reach it with the car, would have been good For family with little children having the bedrooms in different floors was not ideal

A perfect place to enjoy beautiful Rovinj!

An adorable, cozy spot right at the top of the hill. Drinking coffee in the morning on the sunny terrace and gazing at St Euphemia’s statue towering above was delightful. Watching the sunset equally so. Very close to everything. Jasmin, the property manager, is super helpful, knowledgeable and attentive.

The common area on the main floor is quite small. Not a problem, but recognize that if your group wants to lounge around talking, it’s probably going to be on the terrace, not in the kitchen/sitting room.

Dream week in Rovinj

The house was amazing. The location in the old town closed to the church was the best we could dream of. The terrasse with the view was incredible. The rooms with AC had super comfy beds.

Belle décoration, mais humidité dans le logement

L emplacement est bien, central, la décoration du logement, la terrasse est agréable le soir.

L humidité dans le logement, c est une catastrophe dans l étage du bas. L odeur est prenante dès qu on rentre dans le logement, et encore pire dans la chambre du bas, ce n’est pas possibles y rester longtemps. Au prix du logement a la nuit, ce n est pas correct.

Super schönes Appartment und tolle Betreuung vor Ort.

Gute Lage, schöne Terrasse und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Hat sogar eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Föhn.

Für eine Woche wäre je Person ein weiteres Set Handtücher gut gewesen.

Rovinj är ett måste att besöka och uppleva!

Det var väl fungerande aircondition i samtliga rum även på ovanvåningen. Läget var perfekt.

Det var stop i avloppen (samtliga). Stod att transfer till och från flygplatsen ingick- stämde inte. Skulle ingå hygienartiklar- stämde inte och fick köpa toapapper dagen efter. Terrassen på bilderna stämde absolut inte med verkligheten. Känner mig lurad. Fick ingen återkoppling innan ankomst förrens dagen innan och fick information mitt i natten 3 timmar innan avfärd att nycklarna till boendet skulle lämnas på annan adress i staden. För det priset och den vilseledande information var det uselt. Men Rovinj är fantastiskt!

Wohlfühlplätzchen über den Dächern von Rovinj

Wunderschönes Stadthäuschen unterhalb der Kirche in einer malerischen Gasse, im EG 1 Schlafzimmer mit Bad, Küche/Wohnraum (alle Räume gut eingerichtet aber wirkt insgesamt etwas dunkel) und im oberen Stockwerk das 2. helle Schlafzimmer mit Bad und direktem Zugang zum Highlight der Unterkunft, der fantastischen Dachterrasse mit gemütlicher Lounge, Tisch und Stühlen, mediterranen Pflanzen, Sonnenschirm und Traumblick rundherum - wir waren zu zweit aber die Dachterrasse verfügt auch über einen separaten Zugang, so dass die Privatsphäre im oberen Schlafzimmer gewährleistet ist - insgesamt ein wunderbares Plätzchen zum entspannen und wohlfühlen, absolut ruhig gelegen und doch ist man in ein paar Minuten am Meer, in der Altstadt mit den vielen netten Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften, am Hafen usw… Küche im Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet, wir kochen allerdings nicht daher nur ein paar Sachen benutzt… Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief absolut reibungslos und unkompliziert, super nette Mitarbeiter/innen, vielen Dank an Marsela die sich um alles perfekt gekümmert hat, von der Buchung bis zum Ablauf mit Parkplatz, Check-in/Check-out und allen sonstigen Anliegen. Der Parkplatz liegt etwa 2km von der Unterkunft entfernt, Transport per Golfcart wird organisiert (15Euro pro Fahrt, also absolut angemessen) und läuft ebenfalls vollkommen reibungslos ab (großes Dankeschön an die wunderbare Sonia, die ihre Gäste immer bestens gelaunt chauffiert ) Wir haben hier wunderschöne chillige Tage verbracht !

./. ja ok der Wasserhahn spritzt wirklich extrem, es wäre sehr schade wenn man die Dachterrasse wetterbedingt nicht nutzen könnte, es ist nicht überdacht…
