Loved the location, it’s in the heart of old town. We also liked the privacy, the entire apartment is yours, there in no one above or below you. The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment so the kids had their own room which made the stay much more comfortable. Free parking is also worry free.
Nothing really, parking is not super close, about a 15-20 min walk but it is convenient since parking is hard to find.

Great location. Smooth pick up from parking. Comfy beds and a really good home from home.
No WiFi (& difficult to connect to data in Rovinj)
15min walk from the free parking. No reply from contact to texts.

Bathroom extremely tight space. Older furniture. We were booked to stay in a place that had 9.7 rating, cancelled at last minute by Booking. Blue Bay was not a comparable place to what we initially booked.
