The owner and her parents are very friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, the space is large, and the location is also good. There is a paid underground garage, supermarket and restaurant downstairs. My daughter likes the candy in the living room 😉thanks

The host Ilaria was very nice, warm and responsive. Excellent communication and she also speaks very good English. She also gave great tips about how to travel around Cinque Terre too. The place is very spacious and clean, much more comfortable than staying in small hotel rooms. It is also easy to reach. You have good bus, train, boat access nearby.
Nothing about the property. La Spezia is not the nicest town so the surroundings were not amazing in terms of street views and amenities. Yet it is still better than the train station and near the downtown, which I found quite dodgy.
