A very nice place, very clean and comfy, close to the bus station. The owner gave us all the instructions of the places we should visit. The Migliarina train station is very close and it is easy to moove around. For sure we will come back in the future. Grazie per tutto!

Très bon rapport qualité / prix
- Appartement très spatieux, propre et bien équipé. - Je suis venue avec mon bébé, les hôtes avaient prévu un lit, des serviette et un pot pour bébé. - Assez bien localiser (pas au centre de la spezia) mais il a un train à 10minutes à pied qui est à une station de la spezia centre (faire attention aux horaires). - place de parking inclus avec barrière sécurisée.
- problème d’isolation, on entend tout surtout le matin. - Le drap housse qui se détache du lit pendant la nuit et on se retrouvés à même le matelas (l’hôte a était prévenu et il est venu dès le lendemain matin pour changer les draps cependant le problème était le même). - si vous venez pour plusieurs jour penser à prendre de l’essuie tout et du papier toilette (1 seul rouleau mis à disposition) - pas de Clim

Antonio nous a très bien accueillis et a répondu à nos questions " de touristes" concernant les choses que nous voulions faire. L'appartement est très propre et très grand. Nous n'avons même pas utilisé le salon.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d’Antonio. L’appartement était très propre et fonctionnel, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour être à l’aise. L’isolation sonore n’est pas idéale, mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés. Antonio a été un hôte exceptionnel : il nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a pris le temps de nous donner de précieux conseils sur la ville et les Cinque Terre. Nous avons rencontré un petit souci avec la clé du bâtiment de la résidence, mais Antonio a été réactif et a rapidement résolu le problème. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour agréable !

Abbiamo scelto questa soluzione per la vicinanza alla stazione di La Spezia Migliarina ed evitare la zona più centrale e caotica. La scelta si è dimostrata vincente e gli spostamenti sono stati molto facili con treni diretti per le 5 terre o con cambio alla stazione centrale. L'appartamento ha una dotazione standard, pulito e spazioso. I proprietari sono gentili, disponibili e non invadenti. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per un ritorno a La Spezia.
