Il Parco Alloggio was very clean & in a quiet residential location.
We originally based our accommodation around a visit to Cinque Terre. So quite ideal. However, due to the weather we had time to visit other areas like Floredmce, Lerici Portofino & travelled by train. Pisa station was a frequent visit ,so for this reason we may have chosen Pisa as a base & not La Spezia Migliarino. Louis did meet us at the location, however more visual need maybe on Booking.com We love the sunshine ,next door Il Parco Eva has a sunny terrace. Our accomodation was in the shade until mid morning.

Clean, comfy, peaceful stay for 3!
We really enjoyed our room! La Spezia was the first stop on our Italy trip so we struggled to find the apartment at first but the hosts were easy to contact when we arrived, met us at the apartment and kindly explained basic information about the neighbourhood. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious for the three of us. Having extra sheets for the pull out sofa bed, heating & a laundry machine were big highlights for us. We appreciated exploring and being in a quieter neighbourhood but it is important to account for extra travel time to and from La Spezia Centrale train station especially at night since buses come less frequently. Otherwise we highly recommend staying at Il Parco!
On our first night the hot water briefly stopped working but we contacted Luigi who came by the next morning to check and there were no other issues for the rest of our stay.
