Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet appartement, spacieux, lumineux et parfaitement équipé. Il ne manque rien, il est très propre et idéalement situé à 15 mn à pied de la gare " stazione Migliarina"....gare de départ pour les Cinque Terre....A notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis par la maman Maria, une personne adorable, chaleureuse qui nous a expliqué parfaitement le fonctionnement de l'appartement et a répondu à toutes nos questions avec le sourire et cela malgré la barrière de la langue...
Arianna et Michele sont également toujours disponibles pour répondre à vos interrogations....
L'attention de nos hôtes qui fait plaisir... Les produits pour le petit déjeuner en libre service....
En conclusion venez les yeux fermés dans ce magnifique endroit vous y serez comme chez vous...

On pourrait dire l'emplacement de l'appartement situé au. 3 ème étage sans ascenseur... Mais ce qui n'a pas été un handicap pour nous malgré notre âge ( 73 et 81 ans )...
Toutefois ce point qui pourrait être négatif ne sera bientôt plus, puisqu'un ascenseur était en cours d'installation durant notre séjour....

From the booking until checkout the hosts were amazingly helpful! The property was so clean and comfortable. Dishes, pits and pan and salt/pepper, 0live oil, coffee, tea, sugar, crackers and toast with jelly all provided. Fantastic shower with soft towels and soap! The hosts check to BESURE you are doing well and have suggestions for what to see inside the apartment and if you ask! Grateful we stayed outside of La Spezia Center! Wouldn’t change a thing!!!
The property is in a building with no lift. This is only a problem if you need a lift!

Tout en particulier l’espace . Mais aussi , 15 minutes maxi à pieds de la gare de la spezia migliarina soit avant le rush des autres touristes pour les 5 terre dans la station centrale .
