Apartamento muito bem cuidado e com especial atenção aos pormenores. Tinha disponível capsulas de café e temperos. Foi possível fazer early check in, o que nos ajudou bastante para podermos guardar a mala e desfrutar do dia. Voltaria a reservar
Sendo que o apartamento fica muito perto da porta de entrada do prédio cada vez que alguém entrava e saía do prédio fazia muito barulho e acordava-mos. Um pouco longe do terminal de comboio, mas usando o bus fica numa viagem de 15 min. A zona do wc tem um tecto mais baixo, para quem tem mais de 1.75 não é confortável.

Apartment very well equipped for both short and long stay, clean, freshly renovated and cozy. Located in quiet area, just in the corner there is big supermarket and there are bus stops from where you can go easily to Lerici or Portovenere. City center is in walking distance. We received great hospitality from the owner, we got all details in advance, the contact was fast, responsive and nice. We would stay in this place again if we would come back to La Spezia.
Almost nothing, everything was perfect, maybe we would appreciate more if there would be washing machine.
