The flat is really Wide and impressively clean. The Kitchen is full equiped. There are different rooms and spacious area. The bathroom is enormous and every appliance works fantastic. There is enough place to dry clothes. The parking is behind the building and very secure and convinient. Francisco attention Was the best and recommendations where to park the car to go to cinqueterre were highly detailed. We didnt have to wait for him for the check in or check out, he was right on time. And he left us a bottle of fresh water at our arrival.

Very nice appartment, clean and big. Nice 2 big rooms for playing boardgames and kitchen. Private parking place is very good.

It is a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car it is no problem to go to city in 5 min.

Great apartment location with comfortable amenities

the apartment is very lovely. The bed is comfortable and the air condition works very well. Water pressure is great. It has a lift to go up so it’s a plus because we have big luggage. We also love the waterfront location with a few cafes around. Easy to travel to Cinque Terre. Francesco was also very kind and helpful to make our stay a great experience.

Lovely big apartment suitable for 4 people who dont mind sharing a bathroom. Easy access with an elevator. Nice & clean. Good secure private car parking

Muy bonito y bien equipado.

El piso es muy bonito, luminoso y espacioso. Hay un montón de información sobre la Spezia y 5terre: folletos, mapas… y el anfitrión nos dio más info todavía sobre los buses y la tarjeta para ir a 5terre. Hay una parada de bus a 1 min de la puerta, lo que no pasa muy regular.

Las ventanas están en los tejados de madera inclinados y en realidad no se puede ver para afuera, lo único que se alcanza a ver es el cielo. Nosotros fuimos en una época de muchísimo calor, no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores en los dormitorios, solo en el salón, que enfriaba un poco, y en el pasillo, que no enfriaba nada.

Die Lage in La Spezia war ideal, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Porto Venere oder Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Um die Stadtmitte, den Bahnhof oder Fährhafen von La Spezia zu erreichen wird allerdings ein Auto benötigt. Das Apartment ist groß und ideal für 4 Personen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Ein Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung ist nicht high end, aber zweckmäßig. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat gute Tipps gegeben.

Die zentrale Klimatisierung erreicht die Schlafzimmer nicht ideal, so dass es in den Schlafbereichen im Sommer recht warm wird, aber mir Durchlüftung war es erträglich. Es gab keine Weingläser im Apartment. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher basic, die Nespressomaschine war undicht.
