În general was ok , but I wouldn’t stay again.
Relatively close to city , train station and shops
The owner didn’t send the code to get the keys earlier, or giving specific instruction how to get in. I arrived in front of the property after a long travel and I had to call to get the keys. I suggest transparency and better communication.

Plutôt satisfaisant et bon rapport qualité-prix
Proximité commerces pour faire les courses, quelques restos. Quartier calme la nuit. Petite cour pour s'attabler prendre un verre ( gare aux moustiques le soir). Pas trop compliqué de se garer.
Un peu loin du centre et manque de renseignements pour se déplacer ( un plan des lignes de bus par exemple). Appeler un taxi est compliqué quand on ne parle pas italien

Wir waren ganz angenehm überrascht von dieser tollen Wohnung. Super sauber, alles da was man braucht. Vermieter immer erreichbar.

Muito fácil comunicação com o anfitrião. Correu tudo bem como esperado. Gostámos especialmente da dimensão das camas e dos quartos.
Apesar de já o sabermos à partido, a casa fica um pouco longe do centro de La Spezia; no entanto existem autocarros mesmo em frente à casa para o centro.
