The property was very clean

The bathroom needs an update, beds are very uncomfortable and the house felt very humid.

Great host but be mindful of the moldy smell

The host was very nice and helpful as he helped us with everything we needed. The flat was clean and spacious.

It was a bit hard to find it as google maps and booking was showing a wrong location, but this is not the end of the world. The main issue unfortunately is that even though the host did a great job and fully cleaned the flat, the building is quite old, so the bedroom had a really strong smell of "old", humid and mold..so we struggled a lot with that during the night and woke up with blocked nose :( . Of course you can't do much if the building itself is old, so this has nothing to do with the host as he was great, but unfortunately we wouldn't be able to stay there again because of our sensitivity to this strong smell..

Very good

The appartment is very spacious, well equiped kitchen and bathroom. We apreciated possibility of heating, because we came in autumn. The appartment is closed to railway station, but you can not buy there special ticket to cinque terre (train plus entrance). You have to make single way to main railway station. Kids loved the outside terrase which is big with many posibilities for chilling.

Rest, the owner was very kind, he was available for any extra information.

The stay was very confortable, the apartment was big and cozy, we were in 6 people, we saved a little money by making our own food, there were already salt and basic needs in the kitchen maybe due to the previous people who stayed there has prolly left it.

The only think i didnt like was the location, it was quite far from the central station and that lead us to buy local bus tickets every time we had to go to the station or any place to visit.

Go there! It's worth it!!!

The place was everything we paid for and even more. It was clean, big and cozy. We felt like home. And it has an excellent park place on a private street in front of the house The lady who attended us was so very nice and helpful. There is everything that you need for cleaning, even for bath. In the kitchen we found everything that we needed. It has a beautiful place to stay outside too. The place itself is wonderful, but the surroundings are just AMAZING. It's a good base to visit Cinque Terre. Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro, Le Grazzie, Fezzano and Portovenere are also very near. We also visited Levanto, Camogli, Santa Margherita and Portofino. It's not far away from Lucca and Pisa. It's a perfect comfortable base for a unforgettable holiday.

It was just a little hard to find the property. But you know what? If you have problems to find it just call the owner. I bet they are going to help you.

Tutto . Casa spaziosa, accogliente e pulita. Non mancava niente. Cristiano il proprietario persona disponibile e sempre pronta a dare ogni genere di consiglio. Consiglio .

Niente solo bisogna procurarsi l occorrente per zanzare soprattutto in giardino.

Bonito alojamiento

El alojamiento estaba muy bien. Cristiano muy amable y muy pendiente todo el tiempo, lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

El unico inconveniente es q está un poco alejado, pero está bien comunicado, hay una parada de bus muy cerca.
