The accommodation was sufficient - it was clean however not an especially nice place to spend time

The room and bathroom were clean and there was a small bar fridge and kettle. Everything seemed well kept and like things ran fairly smoothly.

Communication was difficult when we arrived - we were contacted by someone else that we had not been told we would be contacted by so we were confused who he was. It had not been made very clear before our arrival how the key hand-over would work. We managed to sort this out but with some stress. The room was also very dark - it is not a wonderful location, not somewhere we wanted to spend much time in, however it was clean. It is also a bit of a difficult location for getting to Cinque Terre. Trains did not always run from La Spezia Migliarina so we often had to go to La Spezia Centrale for the train which is quite a distance from the accommodation.

At least I had a roof over my head

The room was big and the bed was confortable.

1. It was not so clean (dust, bugs, mold in the bathroom) 2. No AC, just a fan that was supposed to handle the 40C degrees temperature. 3. The host was the most impolite man I ever encountered. When we arrived we had to wait in front of the building like an hour because he forgot the keys to the property. He was walking around mumbling and swearing like was my fault. He also tried to scam us by requesting us to pay again the city tax, luckily I made Screenshots, showed him and he left us alone. 4. The location is far away from the train station and pretty hard to find.

Good value. Decent location, close to shops bus stops and coffee shops

We had everything we needed inside : 2 single beds (you can make a queen size if move them closer) tv, fridge, espresso machine and nice private bathroom. The staff left us some courtesy coffee pods bedding and towels were nice and clean when we arrived

Location wasn't very clean, no-one came to clean the room on our stay(we booked for 10 days) , that's an extra service for 20€, new bedding set 10€ extra, so you have to sort out this for yourself (that's the cheapest way) self service laundry in town so you can fresh up your towels and everything else. Internet connection was very poor in our room and bathroom was full of 🐜 ants from outside.
