We had everything we needed inside : 2 single beds (you can make a queen size if move them closer) tv, fridge, espresso machine and nice private bathroom. The staff left us some courtesy coffee pods bedding and towels were nice and clean when we arrived
Location wasn't very clean, no-one came to clean the room on our stay(we booked for 10 days) , that's an extra service for 20€, new bedding set 10€ extra, so you have to sort out this for yourself (that's the cheapest way) self service laundry in town so you can fresh up your towels and everything else. Internet connection was very poor in our room and bathroom was full of 🐜 ants from outside.

The room and bathroom were clean and there was a small bar fridge and kettle. Everything seemed well kept and like things ran fairly smoothly.
Communication was difficult when we arrived - we were contacted by someone else that we had not been told we would be contacted by so we were confused who he was. It had not been made very clear before our arrival how the key hand-over would work. We managed to sort this out but with some stress.
The room was also very dark - it is not a wonderful location, not somewhere we wanted to spend much time in, however it was clean. It is also a bit of a difficult location for getting to Cinque Terre. Trains did not always run from La Spezia Migliarina so we often had to go to La Spezia Centrale for the train which is quite a distance from the accommodation.
