Just go for it if you need great place to stay :)
Great place, ~12minutes from train station walking easily. Lot of shops, grocery store, restaurants, bars, basically its in the centre, so everything is easily accessible. Kitchen has all the necessary stuff. Communication of the appartment owner was exceptional, flexible and responsive :) stayed here with 2yo kid. Thanks, highly reccomend!

Parfait pour une nuit mais pas pour un séjour plus long.
L’espace est grand, le lit est confortable et le canapé appréciable.
Pb d’infiltration d’eau et d’humidité avec de la moisissure sur le mur. Frigo trop petit: petit frigo de chambre d’hôtel pas suffisant pour un séjour. Quartier très bruyant la nuit et le week-end. Pas assez d’ustensiles pour la cuisine et d’espace de rangement pour les affaires.

Большая просторная комната с высокими потолками, есть даже кухня, и все что нужно для приготовления еды. Есть все принадлежности в душе.
На улице за окном было шумно до 2 ночи. Потому что там много разных кафе.

Muy recomendable, no se lo pierdan.
La ubicación excelente. Nos permitió ir y venir a pié desde la estación y estábamos a sólo un paso del centro histórico y comercial de la ciudad. Aclaro que ante una dificultad (propia de nuestra ignorancia) vinieron de inmediato a auxiliarnos.
No hubo nada desagradable, casi diría un exceso en los servicios y cosas que teníamos a nuestra disposición. Cosas poco habituales como copas de vino, máquina de café con cápsulas. No nos faltó nada. El 80% de las cosas no fueron usadas.

Parfait séjour dans un studio confortable, au coeur de la ville.
Studio bien spacieux, situé dans un quartier bien animé à proximité de commerces, de la mer et des lieux à visiter.
Salle de douche un peu petite et sombre mais ce n'est que du détail.
