A great stay in La Spezia!

1. The location was perfect, at the beginning of one of the main streets of La Spezia with a lot of restaurants and shops around. To top it off, it was within walking distance from the train station which is a huge plus if you’re using La Spezia as your base to visiting the Cinque Terre. 2. The owner was very responsive and helpful! 3. The accommodation was very clean, and also includes all the basic kitchen necessities, including a large fridge.

1. It’s a bit noisy and surprisingly the noise is not coming from the busy street at the front but from a street exactly behind the room. We were still able to get sleep so wasn’t an issue for us but worth mentioning. 2. It’s not the most modern place but for the price you’re paying and again considering the location, I feel it’s still worth its value. 3. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable as sometimes you could feel the springs in your back, but again we still managed to get sleep, but maybe it can be upgraded to a better one.

Superb

The location is in the centre, in walking street and very close to train station. The host was very nice even he can not speak very well English but he could solve any problem if you needed. Thanks to his recommendation, we had a wonderful dinner at Da Luigi in Piazza restaurant.

The water heater sometimes did not work well.

it was very clean, comfortable. the owners it was very hospitable. When we arrived at the room the air conditioning was broken and the owners got it repaired the same day. when we arrived from our walk we found the air conditioner running and the room cold.

Centrally located but set back from the Main Street. Good communication despite language barrier. Very clean and well equipped. Nice to have the kitchenette. Everything was brand new! So thankful we found such a nice and convenient place to stay when our plans changed at the last minute. Alessandro was super accommodating!

Difficult to find but messaged for better directions and Alessandro came and found us! It was difficult to get the shower curtain to stay in place and not soak the floor but there were plenty of towels.

Trekking cinque terre

Posizione strategica... tutto vicino...a 5 minuti a piedi parcheggio gratuito in via Amendola (solo da un lato)..

Ambiente chiuso...privo di finestre...per quanto ci fosse un purificatore d'aria + condizionatore funzionante h.24...si percepiva odore di umidità. Pentole di piccole dimensioni...bene per pasta corta (max. 2 persone), non per gli spaghetti.

Aproape de artera principala si de gara. Pat confortabil,bucatarie ok,prosoape multe si curate,ceai/cafea din partea casei.

Avand in vedere ca noi am stat acolo in ianuarie si ca era rece,aerul conditionat nu facea fata sa incalzeasca camera.Era cald doar daca stateai in dreptul unde acesta actiona.Tavanul este f.inalt si caldura se pierde prin barnele de lemn. Baia neincalzita,apa calda nu era fierbinte ca sa compenseseze.. Este o problema cu bazinul de la wc, care cateodata nu se umple cu apa si tot trebuie actionat. Fereastra camerei este fixa si mata,nu se deschide si oricum da direct in trotuar,probabil ca a fost un spatiu comercial in trecut. Pe acel trotuar din fata geamului stau diferite persoane care consuma alcool,de la magazinul de vis-a-vis si trebuie sa suportati galagia lor si acelor care se strang seara in piata de alaturi.

Ottima soluzione in centro!

Ottima soluzione in pieno centro, a due passi dalla stazione e direttamente nella zona pedonale della città, l'appartamento è piccolo ma molto intimo e ha tutto quello che può servire. Molto apprezzata la presenza delle cialde del caffè e the vari. Forse non è semplice trovare parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze, ma ad una distanza percorribile in 10 minuti a piedi ce ne sono gratuiti.

Consiglierei una pulizia più accurata in quanto abbiamo trovato diverse ragnatele...

La atencion, tenia todo lo necesario, se nota las ganas de hacer sentir bien al viajero en su estancia con los pequeños detalles. Destaco la amabilidad de Maribel y su compañera. Lo que me parecio perfecto ademas es la ubicacion, cerca de la estacion central y en la peatonal centrica.

Bel loft in pieno centro, ottimo per visitare le 5 terre, comodo per ogni attività (un po' meno per parcheggiare se si arriva in auto), locale pulito e attrezzato, però un po' umido. Il gestore molto gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo i giovani ospiti dell'appartamento accanto erano un po' chiassosi, ma questo non è certo colpa del proprietario. Difficoltà nel parcheggiare se si arriva in auto.

il mio soggiorno e andato tutto bene

E stata una vacanza molto rilassante i membri dello staff erano tutti disponibili la struttura e vicino alla stazione per visitare le 5 terre e le persone sono molto amichevoli e molto disponibili vacanza meravigliosa

l'unica cosa che non mi e piaciuta sono i parcheggi che sono un pò distanti dalla struttura e bisogna sapersi destreggiare nel traffico cittadino quelli vicini sono riservati ai residenti

Il posto perfetto per un week-end alle Cinque Terre

Il loft di Mavy si trova in una posizione molto comoda, vicino alle principali vie del centro di La Spezia, perciò ci si può spostare a piedi per raggiungere i locali e la stazione, da cui partono i treni che collegano le Cinque Terre. Nonostante ciò il loft è molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Sono presenti diversi parcheggi nelle vie dove poter lasciare l'auto. Il loft è ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort (wi-fi, tv, asciugamani e lenzuola, asciugacapelli, macchinetta del caffè con capsule, condimenti monodose, doccia molto spaziosa e moderna, shampoo e saponi monouso, lavatrice e asciugatrice). Si nota la cura nell'arredamento e l'attenzione dei proprietari alla pulizia. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dal rapporto qualità/prezzo, che è davvero ottimo, nonché dalla disponibilità e gentilezza dell'host che ci ha accolti, che ringraziamo di cuore. Consigliatissimo!

Está cerquita de la estación de tren La cocina está equipada, y tenía café, te, sal, sobrecitos de aceite y menaje de cocina..

Es una planta baja sin luz y con olor a humedad. No tiene ventana a la calle. Únicamente tiene la ventana del lavabo para ventilar. A nosotros nos llovió y la ropa olía a humedad. Hay lavadora y secadora…

bien situé ,notre hote a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable, rien à signaler

le manque de fenêtre, mais en définitive ça n'a pas été trop gênant
