This was my third time staying here - great location, clean and comfortable rooms - there is parking at the property (I have used this on previous visits but did not need it this time).
Having stayed hefre before, my expectations were met.

i had a studio and you get a lot of space for the money. its nice and quiet. codes for keybox and dsoor were texted on arrival. i found the place to be clean and tidy. plenty of space for belongings...desk and chair to sit at. tv channels are basic but i found stuff to watch when i wanted to. owners/staff were quick to respond to text messages. i have paid more for much worse accomodation
buses from here are not great...every 40 minutes to go into the centre or walk a ways to get different buses...if you are driving this is an ideal location or if you are wanting to get to places close to the house.
also no fridge...i booked to have own kitchen because of bloodsugar issues and needed fridge to keep things fresh....does not say there is one so no bad on the own but just to mention there is no fridge in kitchgen for studio (honestly you can get a little fridge pretty cheaply so could be worth getting)
there are no lifts....so if having mobility issues you might want to bear this in mind....i have some issues with mobility but luckily people at the location immediately offered to help with my luggage

Local to where we needed to be, lovely park across the way and shops a stones throw away. Cheap and cheerful. Handy communal kitchen.
The bathroom sink must be blocked as it was incredibly slow draining and if it filled up, you could see the overflow was full too.
There was a tv but it was pointless as you can’t get any signal
