Local to where we needed to be, lovely park across the way and shops a stones throw away. Cheap and cheerful. Handy communal kitchen.
The bathroom sink must be blocked as it was incredibly slow draining and if it filled up, you could see the overflow was full too.
There was a tv but it was pointless as you can’t get any signal

Good room, owner was very nice
The sheets were a bit mucky and had blood on them so had to removed the duvet and bottom sheet and the telly signal didnt work but other than that a very reasonable room for the price 😊

Good location and comfortable
No bathroom supplies like soap or shower gel . No toilet roll .

Good location
There was no toilet paper in the toilet, no milk cartons at the tea making apart from the empty ones. I think the room had not been cleaned only clean towels(very worn) left on the bed, very much doubt that the bedding was changed. Room originally absolutely boiling as the radiator was on full blast. I though I save little bit of money instead of booking Travelodge, not worth my £50.

Although there were cooking facilities and fridge in the kitchen, the window couldn't close and oven pan was left dirty with grease etc.
They gave me a password for the internet which could not be reached from the outside room 10. This was very disappointing.
Managed to make an oven meal.

Access. To shops and bars very good
Stayed here back in May. Was fine then.
Booked again and wished we hadn't
External Room that looks like a terapin with Faulty window latch. Broken key. Someone actually tried to break in while we were sleeping. Then tried to open door to room. 3am.
Not impressed. Room too small differcult to get round the bed without banging head on wall mounted TV. TV channals only work if you can log into your Netflix. Only good if you remember your settings. From home.
1 toilet role.
No plug sockets anywhere near bed for Table lap.
No plug in kitchen sink.
Mattress most uncomfortable ever tried to sleep on.
Spare
Dirty pillow in cupboard covered in hairs with no pillow case.

Available last minute and allowed check in late night. Had bathroom and instructions were clear. Included kettle and some breakfast amenities like sugar and tea bags. Parking was available for free too which was perfect
Beds weren’t too comfortable, could feel and hear the springs. Still had the previous customers takeaway receipt on the bedside table.

We booked last minute due to being let down by a different booking and the studio was amazing! Clean with own toilet and kitchen plus 2 smart tvs ( however we didn’t have use of the one in the kitchen )
The tap in the kitchen was dripping non stop in which is something in need of repair however wasn’t too much bother

Good location, stayed hear multiple times
Stayed hear multiple times with no problems before, but this was the worst, got to my door room and tried to get in for 15 minutes, door wouldn't unlock, thought maybe its stuck, eventually called the person and found out someone was in my room because they entered the wrong room (I was meant to be in 6, him 7), which had me worried as how can he get into room 6 with the key to room 7. They eventually came after 30 minutes now and gave me his key to room 7 but I was boiling the entire time, found out early morning the radiator was left on, full blast and we couldn't turn it off, my partner even said she struggled sleeping because she could feel sweat dripping all night. Also the bed had a big dip from something in the middle and I also cut my leg which then bled onto the sheets due to something sharp being attached to the bed.

Nothing
Because room has a damp smell. Bed was broken tv wasn’t working when I called and make complaint about it. Some drunk person turned up tried to fix the tv by taking the plug on and off which means he’s just pretending. When I asked to fix the bed. I’ve been told at 10pm if I go somewhere else they will refund the money. Which is not possible for me to check in somewhere else. Poor poor customer service. Very disappointed

Easily found.
Beds are broken, uncomfortable night sleep, room was smelly, the lights didn't work apart from 1 bulb, no where comfy to sit, the glasses in the kitchen were dirty. The smell of cannabis when you leave and people just slumped in the street was not good to see.

I liked how accessible it was, the owner sent me a text before my check in time with the code to get into the building, the code to get the key out of the key-box, and the room number. We stayed in room 8, which was a suite with 2 rooms, a double bed in each - which was perfect as we were a group of 4.
It was very quiet, and the amenities were fine, a kettle, 2 mugs, and tea/coffee in each bedroom, plastic cups in the bathroom, and a TV in each bedroom.
The price was very good for what we got, we paid £60 overall, which was a bargain considering we would be paying double that for 2 individual rooms at any other hotel.
The mattress in the back bedroom was SO uncomfortable, it felt like a partially deflated air mattress, this combined with how creaky the bed was made us have a terrible nights sleep!.We had done the adult soft play at Big Fun, and when I woke up I couldn’t tell if the back pain was due to the drop slide at the play centre, or the bed!
In addition, the TV in the front bedroom couldn’t maintain a signal at all, which was fine as we didn’t plan to stay in the room much, but it would have been inconvenient for people who did want to.
The rooms did have a faint smell of old cigarettes, despite there being multiple signs to say don’t smoke! Which is no fault of the owners, but something to be aware of. Similarly, the bathroom did smell like sewage.
Despite this, I do acknowledge that we got what we paid for in this situation, so I am not complaining too much. I would recommend this place if you are a group on a budget, and need a roof over your head for the night, but otherwise there’s an Ibis round the corner.

the rooms were alright but not the shower
the shower is very poor as it is too small and the electric shower was turning hot and cold randomly. there was no one around to show how to operate the TV as it wasn't straightforward to operate

Location is convenient. Good Value. Spacious rooms. Quite clean. Appreciated the rotary fan as the room was very warm.
The room could do with a few extras - lamps next to the bed, shelf in the bathroom. towel rail. Stayed in Room 5, the shower is difficult to access as it is very close to the sink and quite a step up - the shower door should open on the other side. But overall very nice

The location was ok apart from the fact there's a homeless hostel across the road so there were a lot of drunks and drug users hanging about. The room was clean and good value for the money
The property has the original single glazed windows so you can hear all the traffic. Other people were loud, slamming doors and shouting all night. I got woken up several times throughout the night and the noise didn't stop till around 5am then started again at 7.30!! My room smelt of cannabis upon arrival, when I complained they sent the cleaner round with air freshener and told me to open the window. Had to ask several times for my check in details

one of the beds in the room had lots of hair in it. I'm not sure the sheet was changed on that particular bed before check in

We just wanted a bed for the night with a private bathroom at a cheap price. This is exactly what we got. Was nothing fancy. Three of us staying (room 8), two large double rooms with tea/coffee facility, and even a tall fan in one room. A communal kitchen on the ground floor. Can't comment as I didn't use it. When we arrived there was a number to ring. In turn , I was sent a text message with instructions. Easy. Nice big carpark to the rear. I took a video of the room, but I don't seem to be able to put that on here.
Nothing to dislike

No breakfast offered so cannot comment.
Good quiet car park.
The provision of a large fan during the heat wave was welcome
It was located close to the friends we were visiting.
The lack of a human contact even down to a text to tell us where to find our room key was unsettling.
The TV was buffering on the chanell we watched for a short while.
The floor, matress and bed creaked.
Other drunk residents disturbed our sleep.

For the price, we really couldn’t grumble about anything at all. Clean, en suite, parking, ideal location.
As it was such a hot day, the fact that the windows had been opened and a fan had been left on for us was a really really nice touch. Things like that make a big difference, and I’ve never had that before, even in some top hotels.
Would definitely stay again, thank you!!
Can’t find a fault.

The apartment was comfortable, airy, clean. It was a very good size and had everything we needed. Attic rooms with separate dining/kitchen.
It could do with a towel rail and a shelf in the bathroom. Apart from that, everything else great.

Nothing, we never got access to the facility and ended up left on the street. We then booked a different accommodation.
Bad customer service, rude person on the phone. Weren't even given the keys/access code to the place.

I was in the annex at the back and very conscious that the car park and people were right outside the door. And it could do with a towel rail in the bathroom. Other than that, it was a nice little space with everything I needed,

The rooms are well situated, close to a park and within a walking distance of the centre
The beds were ok however one was almost collapsed and one of the rooms smelled of smoke which wasn’t pleasant.

Tidy spaces with lovely bedding and beds, the rooms were spacious and had plenty of changing sockets. It was a nice touch to have towels e.t.c. as wasn't expecting that for the price!
Could have been some hand soap but no other feedback. Room num 2 had a slight smell when we arrived but the window opened no problem to air it out (either smoke or the cellar we weren't sure but easily aired out)

Bed bugs!! I was quite enjoying my stay until i started feeling uncomfortable halfway through the night. Got out of bed and checked it. Found bed bugs. 12 hours later i had itchy lumps coming up all over my body which took about a week to go down. I messaged the host but received no reply

Easy to find, good private parking and by a really nice park with coffee stall, public greenhouse, lakes/ponds and fountains - quite a surprise!
our room didn't have the promised kitchenette but we were moved straight away to a room just outside the communal kitchen., which helped a bit.
