Good location.Staff brought radiators and an extra quilt as the room was cold.Super lasses

The room was cold , the aircon that works on and off sometimes blows cold air (its controlled at reception). You can't turn it up,maybe it was faulty?. I had to buy fan heater from Tesco in the end but was worth it.

Comfortable and convenient in Hull

We received a warm welcome from the reception staff and our room was small but very well equipped and nicely laid out. There is a small car park which has signs which make booking your space and paying for it simple (this is online), but there is no cash option. The hotel is situated opposite a large shopping centre with another car park where there is a Tesco and several eateries, a few minutes walk from the railway station and the rest of the city. The room was very quiet and the heating was adjustable which made up for the fact that you can't open a window. The bed was very comfortable with good quality sheets. Breakfast was very good with a serve yourself selection and hot food brought to you at your table (you can order up to 8 items). This was our second stay and we will definitely visit again.

The towels were very small even for a petite person. They need to be twice as big.

Very cosy and comfortable bed

Easy to find from the train station,soon has I walked into the room I was impressed how lovely and cosy and the heating was on lovely and warm I would really recommend this hotel I didn’t have breakfast I had to catch my train the next time I stay I will go for a open return

Terrible, never again

Not a lot, the staff were friendly at breakfast and that’s about it.

The building is an old school and so the layout is quite bizarre. The smell in the building is awful, they’ve put a few reed diffusers around, but this isn’t doing much. The young girl who checked me in displayed an attitude that she’d rather be anywhere else in the world. The room was supposed to be “deluxe double” .. it was nothing like the pictures, I won’t be staying here again. Should have booked the Ibis!

A quiet, comfortable, central hotel near bus and rail stations and 15 minutes' walk to MKM Stadium.

The cooked breakfast was excellent and staff even agreed to provide fried bread which was not on the menu. I could also leave a rucksack after check-out and collect it later. My ground floor room was quiet. The receptionist at check-in was welcoming and helpful.

There did not seem to be a bath mat provided but a towel sufficed. The TV seemed more modern and complicated than I had been used to elsewhere but I hardly needed it anyway.

Great Staff, Amazing Breakfast, good overall value,

The staff were lovely, very friendly, and helpful. The location was good, although I didn't drive this time, there was ample parking. The breakfast was great. I read this on other reviews before I booked and they were right. There is a bar/restaurant on site. I only had a drink, but heard from others that the food was also pretty good. The hotel is dated, and my room was not the cleanest. It was a good size and had everything I needed in there - the bed was comfortable. But the walls are very thin and you can hear the phone ringing next door. I think there was a fair in town so there were a few loud party goers in the corridors later at night but thats not really the hotels fault. Overall it was good value for what I paid. And I would book here again.

Great time with loads near by so close to everything would recommend it

The property was great for location at back of st Stephen shopping Centre was handy for been near town and shops would recommend place room was great and bar is not open every day but they is loads on the walk in town so that was nothing .

The bar could of been open more days but longer but that not too bad as they is loads pubs and Cafa on the town so was not issue nothing really bad to say place was nice

Location for the hospital was excellent, good access to shops. Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly, would recommend and book again if I needed to.

Hotel with lots of character.

It had lots of character. The Park Hotel was my old school—converted. Staff were very helpful and engaging. Very good location between Hull Paragon and Hull City Football Club (5-10 minutes walk from either).

A comfortable stay

Staff welcoming on arrival and helpful. Breakfast very good. Parking at hotel good. Easy access to explore Hull centre. Quiet room. Good night's sleep. Reasonable cost.

Windows sealed shut. Had to use air conditioning to get air into the room. Website gave wrong postcode for alternative parking in car park opposite. Sent me to Percy Street. Hotel had said limited parking. After exploring, Hull, I came back to the hotel, tired by taxi. Staff were not as welcoming when I used the ladies toilet in the bar area. They were unable to serve me a coffee. That didn't matter but I was disappointed by the way I was dealt with. Very offhand. I had paid for 24 hours parking. I needed to rest on a sofa near reception before driving on the M62 to Huddersfield. To see more relatives.

The bar was not open- we did nit get breakfast but paid for it but we’re not told where to go for the continental breakfast offered inclusive of our stay. Parking was extra.

Very comfortable stay and reasonable price for a Saturday night

Its central location was perfect as we were visiting a friend at the hospital. Inside it was lovely and clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful and we were able to check in early Surprise cooked breakfast as we thought it was continental. Food was really good and great selection
