Fantastic place

The location was fantastic, the room was bigger than thought it would be, the cleanliness of it was outstanding, great functional kitchen for all to use. On site carpark with limited spaces but it worked well for us.

Only down side to the room was the sink in the shower room bit difficult to use because the hand sanitiser container cover most of it. But that been said it did not ruin our time there

Every thing was spot on. Very tidy exceptionally clean bed linen towels etc were pristine. Definitely recommend.

Once we got in and paid for parking the room was clean and bed comfy. Very convenient for city centre

That they said they would send details about access to property on day of arrival and they didn’t. Had to ring the contact numerous times before getting through and sorting it. Also thought the parking should have been free and could have been locked and used just for residents using hotel!

There was plenty of towels, but might be a good idea to have a larger bath towel for bigger people.

Nicely surprising!

It was very easy to self check- in with all the door key details sent in a WhatsApp message. It was really clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable and quiet. Very close to the station and town centre. Very reasonably priced as well!

Nothing! I didn't understand how to get my room key from the keysafe, but the keypad details were all in the WhatsApp message.

Dreadful and shockingly bad! Never again for me!

Nothing really absolutely dreadful from start to finish. *Spacious room and the en-suite

This will be a long list as it really was horrific! Never again! You could have had a better, calmer, peaceful night on the street and I’m serious! *Unprofessional, lazy and slack staff, maybe over worked maybe under worked but either way they let anyone stay there and they don’t care about their customers enough. *Smoke alarm went off and they didn’t do enough. It rang for ages! *Contacting them with queries? Good luck you will be waiting ages, and when you do get in touch they don’t follow through with professionalism. Run by infants well they the infants could do better 100%! *On site car parking now £9 for 24 hours which is just ridiculous when over the road is £3.50 for 24 hours! Day light robbery! The car park was free but now privately owned and clearly a scandal! You’re meant to switch off and relax! There was a bit more but overall you get the message just stay away! I have been there once before and there was no issues but try to avoid especially on a Sunday night! 100% needs to be run better!

Excellent value

Great location, easy to check in via a key safe, excellent value for money, clean, really exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. We had no problems at all. The kitchen was a useful added convenience which was clear and well resourced.

The accommodation was fitting for a one nights rest

It’s a good little budget stay for when you need the basics. Breaking up a long drive definitely helps. We only stayed in the room and didn’t use the kitchen facilities, but I’m sure they are just as good. We would definitely use Continental again for when we need a nights stay in Hull. Very suitable as it was in the city centre close to accessible amenities

Lovely hotel- modern, clean, comfortable and low cost.

Great location close to the city centre and local shops. Easy check in process. Room was clean on arrival and very comfortable. Use of the kitchen was available and well equipped. The microwave was a great use for re-heating my takeaway Great value for money, I would definitely book again
