Good reception however crap heating and no hot water

Got a text with all information attached. Ease of access was fantastic.

Stayed in room 2. Very loud getting into accommodation with footstepsamd doors banging. Heating wasn’t working & no hot water so no shower in the morning. The hot tub is a nice touch but didn’t use as £25 an hour extra seems a bit steep even though we usually pay that price for a exclusive private hot tub. I see the idea but didn’t grasp it for us.

Blinds need changing look scruffy compared to room, bed was awful made a noise every time you turned over, view was awful (room 2) overlooking building site and workmen having a wee, had to call owner to deal with leak from ceiling outside or room door at 11.30pm

A good place to stay.

Everything was spotless. The kitchen area too. Not noisy. I'd stay again. . Convenient as a city centre hotel.

Maybe a little too much air freshener. I could taste it in my mouth the first night and had to sleep with the windows open. But fine after I'd switched it off . Also I had booked a family room (for medical reasons)but because we wanted twin beds we could only have a double sized room. The hotel was very polite about this but I would have liked to have been advised prior to arriving.

Great location, modern & comfortable

Great location being so close to the railway station & bus station. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was good too, when querying the WiFI connectivity at the hotel

The shared kitchen area is a good idea, but not ideal for an early morning tea or coffee - would prefer in-room facilities for that, but that's a personal choice. Wouldn't deter me from staying here again in the future.

Right next to the railway station.

2x we have stayed here for a local dance comp at Hull city hall. Brill location. Always clean. Never no problem.

We were in a room at the back if the building, the view from the window lets just say isnt good, but we literally slept in the room so didnt effect our stay but not nice to look at.

Fabulous 👌

The facilities were amazing, the location spot in for the city centre. Train station is across the road for long stay parking or is getting the train. The bathrooms were exceptional beautifully and tastefully done. The hot tub facilities were the 'icing on the cake' would 1,000,000% stay here again.

On arrival, I called the reception. I first called reception until it rang out without reply. I tried again, and eventually a female answered. She said "I wont be a minute"... she was right, and left me on the street for a further five minutes. So I called again, and made it clear that I wasn't happy about being left on the street. A male took over the call and allowed me in. I got the feeling that the female was not on the staff. When I went in there was a pungent smell of cannabis by the Kitchen area/corridor leading up to the rooms. I could smell this throughout my stay and I suspect someone was using the area to have a crafty drag! My room needed a six-figure numerical code. As did the kitchen and outer door. I was sent a text with the codes. No kettle, cups etc. were provided in the room. I had to go down to the dope-den-cum-kitchen with my six figure code to make a brew...as a result, I didn't bother. In fairness, the room and shower/toilet was clean and tidy. Through out my mercifully short stay, I didn't see any staff. It was very quite and didn't hear any other "guests". The smell of cannabis remained, however.

Excellent and fast communication with staff. Great location in the city centre.

Generally quiet and peaceful however, some guests in other rooms did not respect the curfew and had a party in the room.

Was too cold inside room one.

I liked everything about the facility! It was so easy to locate the hotel, so clean inside. The only issue I had was with the room temperature in room one where I lodged. It felt so cold inside and wondered why it was so cold in there. Looked around to see if I could find radiators to make adjustment to the room temperature but couldn’t find. Did like everything about the hotel aside this!!

Globalement, séjour mitigé : bon confort pour ma part, mais retour particulièrement négatif de mon collègue.

La chambre que j’occupais était calme, propre et confortable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le fait qu’elle donnait à l’arrière du bâtiment, ce qui m’a permis de passer une bonne nuit.

Mon collègue, logé dans une autre chambre, a eu une expérience beaucoup moins agréable. La chambre était très chaude (pas de climatisation), bruyante (rue passante, fenêtre ouverte indispensable), et mal isolée (lumière passant sous la porte, voyant clignotant du détecteur de fumée, voisins bruyants). Nous avions réservé deux chambres triples mais avons été placés dans des chambres doubles, ce qui a ajouté à la déception.
