The staff was very polite and helpful and when I complained about very loud live music (the room on the street side/South, super hot but unable to open windows because music was so loud my daughter was unable to watch cartoons) I was moved to different room on the other side of the hotel ❤️

Rooms and furniture very dated, floors, window sills and fixtures dirty 🫣
Mattresses in the family room - absolutely terrible....please replace them 😧
Also, leaving only one tp roll in a family room designated for four is rather cruel 😅
Nighttime very loud (street side especially) as ambulances go on light and sound seems like 24/7 and as it's close to the Infirmary it's happening every few minutes....

Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Room was spotless and had everything you need, a fan & also a heater, even a hairdryer. will definitely stay again

Clean, spacious room which was close to the station. Helpful staff.
The hotel is located on a busy main road, so there was lots of road noise, particularly sirens from ambulances and fire engines.
The bed was extremely hard and not especially comfortable. The toilet had an extremely slow flush!
