The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly

Though the hotel was near the train station the location itself was surrounded by road works and there wasn’t a safe crossing to access the hotel from the other side of the road. The bathroom door was also broken.

Great and comfortable stay near Hull train station

Lovely double room I was able to check into early with a simple and clean bathroom and a nice, big window to let the sun and some natural light in. Great location near the station as well!

Apart from someone setting the smoke alarms off numerous times it was a good stay

It’s very convenient for Connexin Live Arena. We were seeing Bryan Adams and it was minutes walk away. Also close to local amenities.

Someone in the room next to us decided to start smoking in their room at 1.30am which set all the alarms off. Security was running by through the hotel but once they had gone off they started again within minutes. An argument started between a few rooms because they were being disturbed. Hotel staff got involved and advised it was being dealt with and to go back to bed.

The staff were friendly and the location is very good.

The bed wasn't comfy at all and very hard to sleep on. The room had a window that even though it was closed it let in sound like it was open and was very annoying. The toilet would hardly flush and it took some pumps to get it to flush properly.

Staff was supportivem.

The smell in the rooms and hallway was horrific. Carpets through the hotel and room was stained and looked horrible. Overall room design felt like a prison.

Comfy bed and pillows, staff pleasant and helpful. Food and drink prices reasonable. Good location for our event.

Room was dated and had minimal amenities. Very few plug sockets. The bathroom was very bizarre like one you would get in a caravan. Bedside tables were loose and the chair was broken and held together with sellotape. Heating didn’t work very well. Cafe bar was super cold, made for an unpleasant environment for a meal, and our food got cold very quickly. We had a meal and a soft drink, price was good but quality was poor. Breakfast was mediocre, again the cafe bar was very cold. Staff had warm fleeces on, all the customers had their coats on including ourselves.

Favourite hotel in hull.

Very good location, right next to the clubs and town centre so everything is close to walk, very comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful and very polite definitely cheap for the quality as you would put it, food and drinks where amazing and I will always be choosing this hotel when I chose to get away
