Location and rooms were decent.

The food was awful. The fruit was too mushy, the eggs were too runny, the coffee and hot chocolate were tasteless and weak. Only 1 left working for our entire stay.

All good. We had a family room with a settee bed having the bar in the middle meant not as comfortable as a normal bed but expected as we knew it wasn’t a proper bed

The place to stay in Hull!

Location, staff were friendly, professional and welcoming especially Dion at Reception. Nice ambience. Bed was very comfortable and I had a quiet room which was great for sleeping.

Decent hotel right next to the train station.

Great location right by the train station and shops. All staff were lovely and helpful. Room was clean and warm. Great selection at buffet breakfast of hot and cold food. Decent Dove toiletries. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer provided in the room.

Sofabed was a bit rickety. One lift out of order for whole stay, so made traveling to and from room a bit slow when the hotel was busy. Otherwise all good and I would stay here again.

The breakfast is good but it would be exceptional if the eggs had flavour. Pay a little more for the eggs and they will be perfect. The other cooked items are very good and the choices and availability are excellent .

Nice to be able to park at the hotel and not to walk far. Breakfast as good as any 5 star hotel. Location was excellent easy access to the centre of the city. The room was functional clean & comfortable

Difficult finding access to an electric plug to use the hair dryer near the mirror. Would have been easier to style ones hair being able to see what ne as doing.

Location excellent, near trains and buses. Safety on entering lift, must have card for security essential in Busy city centre. Staff so pleasant all working so hard. Food plentiful and good, .

Think they are small double beds ( so comfy but not so wide) so if you are a slightly larger couple it's ok for a night but not much longer! Bedside lights very dim.

Staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. Great with my daughter who has autism. Location amazing. Really clean. Lounge and reception area lovely, including a balcony. Viewing points a nice touch.

Average.

The hotel is average, everywhere seemed clean and tidy with sufficient appliances. We stayed in a room for 3 though so the sofa bed was pulled out and this made the room extremely cramped and prevented us being able to get to the window. The staff are friendly and the location is great.

The breakfast service was very disorganised. We stayed for 2 nights so this wasn’t just a one off it happened both mornings. Different foods would run out (sausages / bacon) whilst others were available so you couldn’t have a full breakfast without sitting and waiting for the missing items to be topped up. When the food arrived it was obvious that they had been rushed so they looked really undercooked but the hash browns looked like they had been incinerated. This was on both days.

Theatre trip

Temperature in the bedroom was perfect we were worried as 3 of us in the room may be too hot but was very pleasant. The check in staff abd restaurant staff were very attentive.

The quality of the food at breakfast with the exception of the fresh pancakes was poor hash browns and scrambled eggs were inedible.
