Nice and comfy
Easy access using code. Clean and comfortable. Quiet location within walking distance to MKR and rail station.
Shower was cold, we tried everything to get hot water, but just ice cold water .No milk sachets in room .Just wanted a cuppa before we left , teabags, coffee and sugar are provided, so strange to not have milk.

Good
It's a clean, warm and tidy place to stay that's very close to the city centre, and comes at a very reasonable cost.
The cloakroom sink that I had in my bathroom is not fit for purpose. It made attending to basic ablutions like face washing, shaving and cleaning of teeth awkward. Cloakroom sinks are for cloakrooms, not for bathrooms.

Excellent room for the night
This was the perfect room for my football away day at Hull. Good communication regarding entry instructions. The single room was spotless and comfortable. Nice showers. Very quiet throughout the day and the night. On site parking at a good price. Can't fault the place for the money paid. Will definitely return one day
