We had use of a communal kitchen, the gym/games room and the garden + eggs, bread, milk and cereal were provided. The hosts were really friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off at 9am which saved us hauling them around. Simon also gave us a lift into town. Great hosts.

Very friendly and helpful host. Free help-yourself breakfast in guest kitchen. Large screen TV. Good internet. Nice garden. Convenient location for city centre or for leaving Hull on fast roads
Parking is difficult - very few spaces on the road and hard to manoeuvre into them. Bathrooms (we stayed twice) are very small.
