Very friendly and helpful host. Free help-yourself breakfast in guest kitchen. Large screen TV. Good internet. Nice garden. Convenient location for city centre or for leaving Hull on fast roads
Parking is difficult - very few spaces on the road and hard to manoeuvre into them. Bathrooms (we stayed twice) are very small.

Simon and his family were very welcoming and we get well looked after. It is really nice that breakfast is included.
We managed to park but I think sometimes it could be hard.

The room was just as advised and the staircase was beautiful. Host was great friendly and made me feel very welcome
It was a little hard finding parking on the road and was quite busy.
