Working away stayed here absolutely spot on very clean very quiet I’ll be back

Was OK after being given another room. Never saw anyone who manages the property. N

No breakfast. Room assigned to me hadn't been cleaned. No staff to talk to in person. No apology for inconvenience caused. Communication was all text message. Had to take pictures of room. Had difficulty doing that. Insisted on having a different room. There was no room key. Then given another room- wrong key code. Eventually given a room that I thought was clean after travelling from West Wales to Hull. Arrived after 9pm. On leaving the room noticed a opened bottle of water under the bed that had been left by previous occupant. So cleanliness very poor.. Customer service from.management very poor. Will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone else.

Not again need space own toilet and shower.

Location brilliant were was going out it was walking distance. We pulled up it’s all quite nothing around the area and no bar in the pub what was not stated at all. All it was a bedroom no bathroom no kettle no water in the room, there was a shower and toilet and full size kitchen what we could use but we felt like it was someone house and they just rented a room out to pay bills that’s it . Very clean throughout you get what pay for really.

No toilet in our room. Was literally a bedroom no Telly nothing in the room at all a bed and table that’s it.

Could not get into building due to not being sent door key code, when looking through windows Could see it was still under construction 🙄 and location was in a abandoned industrial estate and felt very creepy around that area.

Catfished by photos and can tell it’s a 2 star rated hotel for a reason.

Well heated

No blinds, lamps, tv, private facilities, extremely small room and the list goes on.

Just about adequate

Basic accomodation. At least it was clean and tidy and just a 20 min fast walk from Hull station

There was no wifi - so very annoying. No kitchen, no drinking water, no coffee, no kettle, no floor mat in the shared shower, no staff, no reception, no bin in the room
