The Albion Hotel

The location was good and more central to the city center. I am not aware of any breakfast neither were we given anything. We saw some food in the kitchen since our room number was not on the fridges we stayed clear. We like the room, the process of checking into the hotel was well coordinated. There was no ambiguity in the instructions given. Good working Wi-Fi. The room was spacious too. The kitchen was good.

1. The room were not clean, the floor was dirty. 2. The bedsheets was stained, we managed it, we couldn't complain to anyone because we were tired and came in around 11:30 pm. 3. The bathrooms also were not well kept,it was dirty. 4. The toilet and bathroom doors in the passage does not close properly, so people tends to use them without closing the doors. 5. On two occasions I had to flush the toilet and close it by myself. 6. There must be a way to hold accountable people that lodge in the hotel, many of them use the toilet without considering other. The wee without flushing use the toilet without cleaning. Toilet Brush was made available but they don't use it. Please always have unscheduled visit to the hotel for first hand information. Don't let your staff destroy this beautiful, lofty and laudable business venture. Sharing of toilet with people that are care free when it comes to personal hygiene.

Location brilliant were was going out it was walking distance. We pulled up it’s all quite nothing around the area and no bar in the pub what was not stated at all. All it was a bedroom no bathroom no kettle no water in the room, there was a shower and toilet and full size kitchen what we could use but we felt like it was someone house and they just rented a room out to pay bills that’s it . Very clean throughout you get what pay for really.

No toilet in our room. Was literally a bedroom no Telly nothing in the room at all a bed and table that’s it.
