Good parking, nice, friendly staff, had an elevator/lift, bath/jacuzzi, near to town and off licences/shop, big room, most everything that you'd expect in room - ie. towels, cutlery, etc, etc.
The first room we had booked had a stained/damp/wet mattress but we contacted receptionist and he gave us another room for same price but sadly it was a lot noisier and more of a trek via a lift/stairs and with a wheelchair/mobility scooter user in the couple, it was an extra bit of a hassle but not fortunately a major problem.
This next point is due to my intolerance to noise and is NOT the fault of the hotel, etc but due to the road noise with idiots (inconsiderate so and so's) with boom boxes and loud pedestrians and trucks, etc. I was awake most of the first and second night of a 7 night stay.
If the first room had been cleaned properly, ie. The mattress; my rating might be higher.

- Plenty of (free) parking
- Well equipped apartment
- 2 minute walk from Pearson Park - perfect if travelling with children
- Sofa only had 2 seats and there were 3 of us. Not a massive issue for us as little one played on floor mostly but if travelling with older children maybe request a room with more seating. The dining chairs are comfy enough if you're not planning on staying in the aprtment for too long
- The mattress in bedroom 2 is very soft and noisy
- Do not park under the tree. It has a lot of active birds in there as I found out the next day. Good excuse to finally get my car washed though!

Room was Clean.
Space at the end of the room could have had a desk so I could do some work whilst there as other from the bed there was no-where to sit. Small double bed so at 6ft 1 was a little small for me. As the room was near the entrance you could hear people coming and going throughout the evening
