Excellent place to stay.

My wife and i stayed for two nights in room 3 Superking Ensuite because we needed to be close to the Royal Hull Infirmary to visit family. We were so glad we stayed here the whole experience was amazing such a lovely place. Our room was spacious and clean the bed was AMAZING so comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. No issues with parking secure and safe. Our special thanks goes out to our host CLARE for looking after us, she is wonderful. Have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Very happy with our stay in Hull.

The hosts Clare and Gene could not do enough for you, anything you needed to know about Hull they new. The best places to eat or have a drink, museums to visit and galleries. The breakfast was tasty and plenty of it, so overall we were very happy.

Lovely part of Hull, close to the town and my friend that I was visiting. Very quiet location and lovely scenery. Lovely old trees lining the road on both sides. Beautiful ornate fountains on each roundabout. Altogether a very nice stay. Breakfast is vegan, I am a meat eater, but I found the cooked breakfast quite acceptable. Honestly I could not tell the difference between a real sausage or the vegan option! Will definitely stay there again. If you use Google maps to get there, it will take you to the road round the corner, so beware!

Warm and welcoming and generous. The breakfast room with tea, coffee and crumpets always available. Feeling like you are in the country whilst in the middle of Hull!

Jesmond a great relaxing place to stay

Jesmond House met all our needs with owners who really care about their guests. The great breakfasts offered a choice of a hot vegetarian choice.with overnight oats, cereal, fruit, juice, toast and crumpets. Drinks were also available in the room. Our room was peaceful and had a fantastic bed, which we slept in so well. The area was lovely with beautiful buildings and wide tree lined streets. It was so peaceful we even heard an owl one morning. It was just a short walk to Prince’s Avenue with a huge choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. Clare and Gene are such lovely hosts who were very kind and made us feel at home. We had such a relaxing couple of days and found Hull to be a great city with lots on offer for our first visit. Would highly recommend Jesmond B&B.

Slice of heaven ❤️

Honestly, this little bed and breakfast is the most amazing place to stay. I felt so welcome there. It was like being home from home....or more home in my case! I would highly recommend staying here, but once you stay, you will not want to leave 😊 I felt truly honoured to be welcomed almost like family...and if you get to cuddle the King of guinea pigs, it's even better!!! Thank you for giving me a slice of heaven, guys xx
