Central, practical basement flat with everything you need.

Cool in the summer, outside seating a bonus. Spacious and all mod cons.

Slightly weird that the bedroom has the single beds and the window whilst the double bed is in the walk through space. Slight smell of damp

Lovely spot with sunny garden deck

The flat is well laid out with good storage . The kitchen and lounge / diner overlook the rear garden so it is all quiet and peaceful . The flat is well supplied and the sofa is comfy with space for 4 adults or a family in the flat and seating . It’s across the road from the Brewery Quarter restaurants and leisure/ cinema facilities and 5 mins to M and S for food etc .

Fantastic stylish apartment

The apartment was beautifully decorated, is spacious and very clean. The accomodation is also very comfortable. Jakub's instructions as to how to access the flat and rest of information given was very clear. Management is always available when needed. The apartment benefits from a parking space and is very close to the centre of Cheltenham.

The apartment apart from the temperamental temperature control in the shower (goes suddenly from hot to cold and viceversa ) was excellent and we would stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Cheltenham people were so friendly and helpful .

Location was fantastic easy walk to everything We were able to do laundry but did have time trying to figure out how to dry clothes. . The host always responded immediately when I emailed with a question , he was also helpful with checking on times for a train for us .

I was a bit disappointed that when we ask to check in at 12:30 instead of 3 we had to pay an additional 20 pounds.

Quiet and central to Cheltenham

Garden. Too many weeds had this urge to sort it out but no garden tools brought with me. Garden furniture too dirty to sit on due to dirt carousel next door not sure you would be able to sort it with out brushes to hand

Great location and a clean nice apartment

The location is great for the Brewery Quarter. The property is clean and has everything you need. The parking permit is an added bonus.

The sofa is a little hard (need a pouffe or something to stretch your legs out). The steps at the front are quite steep and can be slippery if wet. You can hear a little noise from the flat above.

Very central and convenient

Ii would have been great if we had had a bar of soap in the bathroom and perhaps 2 small bottles of shower gel - these are small things but I am not sure who carries soap around these days!

The lock box is on the front door but the car park is at the back. Unhelpful as a parent travelling solo with tiny children. There are not enough car spaces for the permits allocated and the only alternative is a paid for Euro car parks adjacent to free on site parking.

Central location, responsive & helpful host.

Very central location in Cheltenham. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and also immediately accessible by phone for any queries. The beds in the master were set to a double not twin as we had requested but he had house keeping change this very promptly. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable and has a courtyard garden with seating which would be great in Summer.

Parking is very limited and there’s a chance like us you have to pay an additional £12 to park in the car park opposite. The second bedroom is directly by the front door which is a simple glass fronted door (which isn’t an issue) but the bolt that secures the door at the top from the inside, in addition to the lock, is broken. For two mums and their daughters travelling alone we would have preferred this extra level of security to lock from inside when your children are so close to the door/ road.

There was nothing I didn’t like but there were a couple of small things that I think could been improved upon. The provision of kitchen roll would have been nice plus a hand towel for the kitchen. Otherwise it was lovely.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location for local amenities easy to find and private parking a big plus. The apartment had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable with a lovely space to the rear. Would recommend to family and friends.

Check in times could do with being early without a charge for doing so. It is understandable that you need time to clean but we only wanted to take advantage of the parking space early and were more than happy to leave our belongings in the car until the official check in times. The only other thing was the entrance to the property was a very steep spiral staircase this was not explained beforehand and could cause problems for certain people maybe it could be explained in the property description as elderly or disabled people could find it difficult to access.

Very good

The location was good. We were attending the Cheltenham Lit festival and the flat was within 15mins walk of the main venues. The flat was clean, well equipped and everything worked. We found the caretaker/manager was very responsive and helpful when we couldn't work the heaters.

The arrival instructions were not clear enough. North Place has two sections on either side of a busy road. I ended up in the wrong place and took a while to find the parking and the flat. I particularly didn't like the fact that the main door opened into the main bedroom. We used the back door after that which worked fine but it meant you couldn't really use the St Margaret's Terrace entrance.

Beautiful Apartment

We liked that it was spacious and clean. Excellent location.

No broom or dustpan. No dishwasher or soap to clean plates or cutlery. No paper towels in the kitchen, and no tissues (Kleenex) in bathroom or bedroom. The electric shower ran out of hot water very quickly. When several people takes\ showers in a row, hot water becomes cold. Not good in an apartment of this quality and price range.
