Good location, noisy neighbours and needs better TV and lighting outside the door

Cosy flat close to centre of Cheltenham

Noisy people in flat above, TV kept blinking and delayed, no light above the entrance door or keypad so difficult to type code to enter.

The stay was ok , some good points but some disappointing for us

The location isn’t wonderful but it is fairly convenient for town and it is quiet at night. Good bathroom and great shower Kitchen equipment working and up to date

The lighting at the apartment needs to be better as, due to the small windows it is very dark. Only the bathroom has good lighting. We didn’t enjoy the bar stools and missed having a table. No cloths to wipe anything No hooks for hanging coats . Poor curtains in living area

Just right for a short stay and exploring Cheltenham.

Very clean and comfortable and easy walk into the town. Good location with parking.

Just a couple of things which could be resolved for the next visitors : The toaster doesn’t work properly - the slide buttons which control the toast going up and down are broken. The lighting in the kitchen is very dim - maybe some brighter bulbs or under-cupboard lights are needed. We had to put the phone-torch on. The last couple of days, there was a problem getting the TV to come on. Maybe batteries low in the remote but we were able to get the TV to work by switching off and on at the socket. Not major issues but thought you should be aware- thank you. Once again, thank you for your help with the keys - much appreciated.

There was a shopping mall and supermarket in walking distance and was very helpful. Property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

There was a free car park at the property but there was a truck blocking the entrance and was bit difficult to park.

Great central location

Excellent location central to town with free parking space and good communication from host. Clean apartment with outside patio area.

Flat needs more insulation to reduce noise from corridor doors and communal stairway. Beds and sofa were a bit too low for our liking. Please put crockery on lower shelves, shorter people cannot reach the top shelves!

Perfect location and apartment

It had everything you needed. Perfect location and great value for money. My mum hadn’t been away for 20 years and she couldn’t believe how amazing it was. Great to have your own allocated parking space too.

The light in the en-suite bathroom wasn’t very good.

Blooming lovely location and accommodation

Beds comfy ,some soft some firmer pillows shower powerful,very clean.Appreciated tea coffee and milk on arrival.very good location..Walked to brewery place in 5 mins High street 9. Mins and parade (posh shops lol) 10 mins Well equipped in kitchen incl washing up liquid and sponge also bathroom had soap and hand cream which was very nice to have Towels clean and fluffy. Very quiet location even when sat outside.

Sofa too low for us pair of oldies to get out of! No cushions for outdoor seating but we used ones off sofa.Man, in flat upstairs, he makes a lot of noise on entering flat and going up stairs when he came in late Then, I did not hear him at all in flat after that.

The location was ideal for the town. Everything was then walking distance. Having an assigned parking spot was very handy. Two bathrooms also made the trip more enjoyable. As the weather was nice having the courtyard to take the air was nice.

Excellent option for visit to Cheltenham area or races

Location was pretty good. It was close to Brewery Quarter & High Street with several small restaurants however the general area was tired with more takeaways and cheap "student style" restaurants & only one pub (which offered - bring your own food) within quick walking distance without hitting big chain foodie places in the Brewery Quarter. Very close to Lidl if you want supplies. Great local "Ginger & Spice" Korean restaurant which was cheap as chips but you could easily get starter with main meal if you dont ask for gap. Elliott Oliver gave great instructions on access etc & flat was spotless. Comfortable beds & sofa with big TV. One room had walk in shower (could have done with a shelf for shampoo etc as small shower to bend down in). Other bathroom very clean & fresh with good over bath shower. Coffee, tea & sugar sachets like in hotel, but no salt, vinegar etc. Sods law, I took coffee, tea etc but not salt & vinegar etc so be aware if you fancy a takeaway.

not a lot to be honest. Ideally I would have liked a few pub/restaurant options within walking distance (83 year old father with me). There were plenty around at Brewery Quarter if you like chains but if you want a cosy pub with real ales serving home made food you would have a decent walk or a short taxi.

Happy to have found a quiet and centrally located apartment in Cheltenham.

Good central location. Good to have a parking spot included with unit. However a couple of things which could be improved. Lighting in kitchen and one of the bathrooms was dim. Brighter lights needed. Another set of towels for both bathrooms would be good. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable. Overall great location and would recommend.

Sadly for the owners the previous guest had smoked in the property and that really wasn't great. They'd tried really hard to clean it. Otherwise the place was spotless and very well kept.

a comfortable apartment but not the best area!

the apartment was v well appointed and v comfortable.

my only negative was the flat entrance door which seemed flimsy and had no inside additional security lock/bolt! we had a random person ringing on the o/side doorbell for 30 mins between 1000-1030 last night which left us feeling a little vulnerable!

Would benefit from a shelf above bathroom sinks and in en-suite shower. There isn’t much surface area in the bedrooms or bathroom to put ‘stuff’ on, but that’s a really minor detail as it’s a great apartment.

A clean and comfortable apartment 15 mins walk from the Town Hall. Efficient heating and showers. Well equipped kitchen.

Lack of a bedside table and light. Only space to eat was at raised breakfast bar or coffee table. In good weather outdoor table and chairs would be used but not in winter.
