Breakfast wasn't included

The street outside was noisy until about 1am. Actually I didn't mind it at all, but some guests might.

The location was perfect

It was extremely hot in the property although we were given fans we weren’t able to leave the windows open. The carpets could do with a good clean

The apartment was spacious with a well stocked kitchen. Everything was clean. The location was excellent, with reasonable parking a few minutes walk away, lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

A stranger was banging at our door at 2am clearly drunk. Someone had vomited in the hallway on our first night and no one cleaned this up for the duration of our 2nt stay. People had been urinating at the main door and the stench was disgusting as the weather was hot and dry. Cleaners should be checking the property on a daily basis to ensure it’s kept clean and hygienic.

Good location

Lift not working properly & sometimes it arrives not level with the floor & someone could trip. Handwash plug stuck, so water cannot drain. Kitchen sink sponge - used & unhygienic. Informed the host about the plug, they say they will get it fix.
