The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the town locations we wanted. The accommodation itself was typical university student accommodation, so a little shabby but perfectly functional.
Parking was a problem. It was also a little noisy at night, being in a town centre.

It was in the right location for us. Plenty of cupboard space and a good size studio
It was extremely noisy. Needed a few repairs and Luke warm water. The studio is in need of a deep clean.

Breakfast wasn't included
The street outside was noisy until about 1am. Actually I didn't mind it at all, but some guests might.

I am very disappointed. I had 3 employees driving back home after 10 hours shift they couldn't check-in.
Host via messages (cannot speak to anyone) was terrible and promised they will receive the code. They never received it.
It is your job to ensure your guest receive what they are paid for.
I had no support and no apologies.
