Everything was brilliant can’t fault it. Smooth check in, clean room, lovely and cosy! Location was spot on.

The location was very close to all shops, restaurants and bars. Check in was very easy as long as you are phone savvy. Wifi signal was strong. Plenty of plug sockets for phone charging etc.
Our particular superior studio had nowhere to sit and eat food, even though in the room description it stated there was a dining area, although it did have a small kitchenette as stated. Upon first impressions the room did look clean, but upon closer inspection it could have done with a deep clean as it was dusty and grubby in parts.

Location
The early check out albeit the staff allowed us 1 additional hour. Also, as we go to the races there was no facility to leave luggage. That was a big challenge to find a location for such a group.

The location is great.
It's the small things that matter. But first, the big things - be sure that you can get online with your phone on arrival, otherwise you nay end up like I did. stuck outside in wind and rain with no way to get access.
The small things; minimal everything. poorly equipped, nowhere for 2 people to sit, eat at the dressing table, nowhere to.put anything in the bathroom without it falling in the sink or the toilet, the cheapest toilet paper, a cracked wine glass, used foil in the oven...
