Great location, walking distance in town. Good entertaining space. Comfy beds and bedroom configuration worked for our party.

The decor was a little tired in places, the whole house didn't feel spotless, huge cobwebs in the hallway, marked carpets upstairs. In other places we have stayed we have arrived to a welcome pack. We had a pint of milk which was handy, but a bottle of fizz would have been handier. Also from the ladies in our group, pointed out, a nod to Christmas would have been nice.

Disappointing as not big enough for 6 people to sit or eat in comfort.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. There was a good park for dog-walking closeby.

The street was a little run down and not very inviting. The property has 6 beds (plus a sofa bed) but is not big enough for more than 4 people. Bedroom in the cellar is not suitable for elderly or children - the bathroom is on the first floor, allso steps down to the en-suite. Chipped plates, only 3 wine glasses, no pint glasses, only 4 seats in lounge and breakfast bar.

A lovely house in a great location

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this property. The house itself was very light and airy and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels and spare bedding etc. The box of board games in the kitchen was a lovely touch too. It was only a 10 minute walk from the town and close to a lovely park too. I would recommend this property to anyone!

WiFi didn't work 2 days not sure what exactly was wrong with it. Narrow Streets for parking although we managed to park most days.

Great base for Cheltenham- clean, comfortable and convenient.

Really comfortable property to use as a base for Cheltenham. Lots of lovely features in the property and most equipment provided. Clean and tidy. Good communication with hosts both prior and during stay. Sofa bed extremely comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend.

We liked all of it, but were surprised that one of the double bedrooms was in the basement. However, this was a well decorated and comfortable room - slightly colder, but not at all damp and there was an opening window for ventilation. One of the double beds upstairs was quite small. The roads are quite narrow, so please be aware of this of bringing big vehicles - however, this is out of hosts’ control and they did arrange parking permits for 2 cars for duration of stay. Not enough chairs for more than 4 people - we brought camping chairs which worked well, having read previous reviews. Perhaps hosts could consider this in future.

Great place, clean and friendly!

The host was very kind and helpful, responding to our requests in a very positive manner. The house is lovely and clean, we felt at home!

The only minor issue was the practicality of the showers, water would spill on the floor as a result of the shower (but a super minor issue on what was an otherwise amazing stay).

There were five adults and as the weather was not too good we stayed in on the second night. There was not enough seating for us all in the living room

In der Küche können nur 4 Personen sitzen 3. Schlafzimmer ist im Keller ohne Fenster und sehr kalt Holzboden sehr schön, aber grob (ich hatte Splitter im Fuß) Beide Bäder sind im 1. Stock, weiter weg für Zimmer im Keller Wände zum Nachbarn sehr dünn
