As described, plenty of space, easy & clear communication & comfortable beds.
Nothing about actual property but would be helpful if there was a ‘folder’ of info as a central point to go to - this is most properties these days - containing things like wifi code, rubbish arrangements(eg keep recycling separate), local things to do, local restaurants
Also a guest book is a great idea for guests to write/suggest places to eat & local as amenities

Property was clean looked nice and had everything you needed was a very comfortable stay.
Perhaps some better blinds I had to put a blanket over the window to keep the early morning sun out! Other than that it was lovely.
