The space, location and furnishings.
It was a very, very hot Friday when we arrived, fortunately we’d brought our own fan, if we hadn’t it would have been impossible to sleep as the property was stiflingly hot. Certainly needed some sort of cooling equipment.
No lock on bathroom door and large screw poking out of the door fixing facing into the bathroom.

Excellent facilities, very comfortable & hugely spacious.
Quality fittings throughout.
Clean & freshly decorated in tasteful style.
Short walk to the centre of the town.
The code I was given for the lockbox at the local shop was incorrect and this took quite a while to resolve, more than one phone call and the call centre handler was not prompt or helpful. Not a good start to a holiday.
This is NOT a good system for accessing a property - why not use a key safe outside the front door? This is the most common method & your front door is hidden from the street so wouldn't be too prominent.
This is the reason for the host being given a lower rating.
There was only one other issue with this lovely apartment and that was the noise from the people in the flat above. They seemed to have wooden floors and the chaps there were walking about throughout the night.
This is the only reason for Comfort being given a lower rating.
Shame there isn't parking available - this isn't clear from the property description but I had worked out from other reviews that there wasn't a space allocated and booked a parking space elsewhere in town. I suggest the description is honest about there NOT being any parking available.

Close to the centre of town. Lovely modern decor in ground floor converted period house.
Easy to find. Very good parking with access to front and rear of property.

very poor process up front.
when i booked i communicated to Booking,com we might arrive after 10pm (ulmately got there 9:30}
the managing company -wasnt awaare of this and was saying they couldnt guarantee a late check in.
we were not concluded that would work till literaly the day before travelling out - we were flying to UK
