2nd floor - stairs were a killer! Took a long time to heat up - drafty windows

Very Poor meet and greet, we were lucky that the Architect for the building was on site and he had the number for Tom who was supposed to meet us, he didn’t come but sent someone else it was 3.45 by this time, also poor instructions on where to park !!

All modern & newly decorated, spacious rooms. Good location at the end of a fairly quiet street

Very minimal everything. 2 of each item (cutlery, plates etc) Soft bed, tiny towels - take ur own!

- It had all the appliances in the kitchen that we needed. - Netflix on the tv - Short walk to high street - Free parking - Clean

- Wasn’t aware that it was on the 3rd floor! - No landing into the apartment, so a nightmare getting luggage through the door, as nothing to hold the door back. - My husband stepped on a nail, that came out of the metal bar on the floor by the bathroom door! - The blind in the living room wouldn’t stay up. - The shower didn’t stay hot for long. - No spare bin bag for the small toilet bin provided, only the kitchen bin. - When the dishwasher was used, both lights were on to say it had no rinse aid or salt. - Bedroom door wouldn’t stay open, just kept slamming shut - Light in the main entrance by stairs was constantly on, would be better if was on a motion sensor.
