About this apartment rental
Perfect for groups of up to 8, this newly extended 4 bedroom basement apartment is located right in the heart of Cheltenham within a beautiful Grade ll listed regency townhouse. With it’s own private entrance and enclosed garden you’re also on the doorstep of the town’s best restaurants, boutique shopping and famous festivals, yet still tucked away in a restful, inviting retreat.
Outside, the secluded garden provides a tranquil setting for relaxation, featuring comfortable outdoor seating and two generously sized six-seater hot tubs. Both hot tubs are equipped with powerful therapeutic jets, offering a spa-like experience ideal for unwinding in total comfort. Whether enjoying a peaceful morning soak or an evening under the stars, the garden is designed to provide a touch of luxury for families and groups alike.
There are four double bedrooms, all with king-size beds. Bedroom one, the largest with a period fireplace, is at the front of the property. The other three bedrooms open out onto the garden, perfect for morning coffee or a quiet moment outdoors. One of these has its own en-suite bathroom for added convenience and another includes a high-quality king-size sofa bed, which opens onto the veranda through french doors and has its own ensuite toilet.
The open-plan living and dining area gives everyone the opportunity to relax together, with a large L-shaped sofa, a 52-inch Smart TV and a central dining table that can be extended to cater for your group. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for easy group meals; cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and we provide tea, coffee, milk and biscuits to get you started. Luxury towels and dressing gowns are provided for every guest.
With a private entrance, double spa garden, and a unique combination of urban energy and laid-back luxury, this Cheltenham gem is perfect for reunions, celebrations, festival stays or weekend escapes.
