Very comfortable flat

Really nice flat, comfortable and clean. Nice provisions provided. Good location, near to the centre of town. It is on a fairly busy road, but the bedroom is at the back so very quiet. Nice big bed

We hated the very bright automatic light in the hallway, that was not installed last time we stayed here. It's really uncomfortable in the middle of the night - can ruin a partner's sleep. It also wastes electricity as it comes on every time someone goes throught the hall, whereas it's not needed in daytime. Please give people a switch and the choice!

Exceptional stay!

Comfortable and lovely accommodations, very generous welcome package (thank you so much!), well-located to city center (~15 min walk). There is a small express type grocery co-op across the street and an excellent pizza restaurant a block down. The bedroom is in the back and provides a peaceful place to sleep. Loved the king sized bed and the washer/dryer combo. Responsive and friendly hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a lovely apartment, lots of good facilities. Good bathroom and living room. Appreciated the fan during the heatwave.

The only downside was that the pillows needed upgrading as they were lumpy and uncomfortable

Ideal location, superb apartment, clean, quiet warm and within walking distance of the town

The location was ideal as the town was within easy walking distance. It had amenities close by and we ate at the Indian restaurant which was on the same stretch of road. The apartment was clean with large windows which let the sunlight in making the room nice and warm. I was concerned about road noise due to the proximity of the building to the road outside but once inside it was barely noticeable and with the bedroom being at the back of the property there was no noise from the road. The owners had left the essentials like bread, croissants, butter, juice etc. which was a nice touch. I have to say both my wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. I would definitely stay there again.

It didn't bother us but if I was being picky there was no dedicated parking which I knew when we booked. The owners provide a parking permit which entitles you to park anywhere in zone 15 but you could end up parking some way away from the property so for some it might be a consideration especially if they have mobility issues.

Smart luxury apartment close to town

Smart and luxurious, a short walk from town centre. Very clean and decent kitchen facilities. Ground floor flat (Sapphire) had access to the patio garden. No road noise in the bedroom

Definitely happy with the choice

Wonderful breakfast selection in the kitchen on our arrival - cereals, bread, M&S croissants and juice. Tastefully decorated, good space in living area, large comfortable bed.

It was very tight in the bathroom and you couldn’t sit straight on the WC in the Silver Suite Also it had a problem with its boiler which meant a couple of cold showers - am sure it was an easy fix by the plumber and will have been immediately taken care of following our stay.

The property was tastefully decorated and catered to every need. The property management had left breakfast items and tea and coffee which was most welcomed. The facilities were fantastic and everything was a very high standard.

Honestly, there isn’t really anything negative to say about the property. My only criticism would be that the TV had developed a fault of which lines appeared across the screen. However, there was a second TV in the bedroom and the management team quickly visited to identify the issue and advised they would replace it the following day. However we were checking out the following day anyhow so it bared no relevance.

A lovely apartment in a period house with modern bathroom and art deco style furnishings.

Although I was not expecting it, everything was provided for breakfast including cereals, croissants, bread, fruit and fresh milk. Also sachets of coffee, sugar, sauces etc.

fantastic, clean and central point for the centre and the races. the hosts were fab and made sure it was nice and warm when we got there and left nice little welcome pack. lots of lovely extras. nice towels, shampoo shower gel moisturiser etc. it had everything we needed for a great stay

Very nice apartment, reasonably well equipped in a handy position for town and the race course.

no parking and all surrounding areas are residents only. ended up just accepting a ticket to park. have stayed in other apartments in Cheltenham where you get a pass for parking. the apartment is nice tho could do with a comfier sofa with footstool and the tv needs putting on a unit, it’s just not comfy to sit and relax. don’t get me wrong it’s fine but a bit of tweaking and it would be perfect. newer tv in the bedroom with Netflix would be better as only free view in the bedroom.

Gentleman who met us was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were mostly as described. Nice touch leaving fridge with all you need for breakfast etc.

it was a lovely apartment, beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings. Thoughtful touch with Croissants, Bread, Fruit Juice, and Fruit. Coffee maker easy to use and decent coffee.

Just a couple of niggles, little bit of snagging needed in bathroom, fittings loose. Detracted from over quality of the Apartment.
