A comfortable and very well presented flat good for short visits.

The location is excellent for Cheltenham center.

No window in the sitting room….albeit not possible with its location in the converted building. Lack of clothing hooks. No shelf in the shower.

Clean and comfortable apartment in central location.

The apartment was centrally located and clean and comfortable - ideal for our needs. It was very good value for money and an ideal base for exploring Cheltenham and its surroundings.

Only minor matters such as a smaller saucepan and perhaps a fan to help with the hot weather. Also there were detailed instructions on how to access the property, but nothing to tell you how to exit through the gates (press the green button!)

Excellent modern apartment in easy reach of town centre.

This is a very well equipped apartment with all of the facilities that you need. It is 5 minutes walk to the town centre of Cheltenham. The owners of the apartment were very helpful in providing advice as needed. There is a comprehensive booklet detailing the facilities of the apartment.

Challenging and more physical than anticipated

Central lication handy. Restaurants/shopping close

Seemed to resent request for extra towels(text tone)Complicated process to enter grounds,retrieve key, incorrect outer door entry(fob waving failed), then senior couple required to lug steamer-sized bags up not one but two flights of stairs, then, another door to navigate. Later,washer/dryer combo indecipherable and company employee brought towels and freed clothing from machine and taught us to use shower. TV also a challenge.

The location was very central which was a big bonus , we have spent a lot of time in Cheltenham in the past we had relatives there who have sadly passed away now , so coming brought back lots of memories for us

Fantastic, cozy and beautiful

Property was beautiful, modern, very clean and felt super safe to be in. We got a little bit lost on arrival and the lady who answered my calls for directions was very kind and helpful, will definitely be returning and recommending!

Didn’t hate anything but I would add a toothbrush holder and a shelf in the bathroom as there were three of us staying we didn’t have enough room to place all our bathroom items on the sink. Also the shower door handles felt very loose not sure if this is something you can change but might be worth keeping an eye on.

Awesome location - Modern clean apartment!

Modern apartment that's spotlessly clean, located bang in the middle of the town centre behind John Lewis and the high street. Once you're out of the apartment, you're within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and bars so ideal for a city break. If you're after that penthouse living, this place is highly recommended!
