Great location, quiet and safe area 12 mins walk from center of town . Very clean and has parking. Good and timely communication from staff.

Shower didn’t work properly water switching from hot to cold. Needs a plumber. Kitchen didn’t have a small paring knife for vegetables, and no bread knife (with serrated edge) - only a carving knife. Trying to cut a loaf of sourdough with a carving knife is a good way to loose fingers. Only 1 tea towel which is not enough if staying a week, need 2 so one can dry. K suites wanted multiple id ;passport, driving license, photo) and did not seem to be aware of all the radio and newspaper advice never to provide this amount of information to booking sites as this is what scammers want. I cancelled my credit card after booking to be safe. I understand the need for the vendor to protect themselves but frankly what they ask for is unreasonable and potentially illegal under data protection laws in uk. Recommend k suites works with booking.com to keep the payment transactions within booking. Com and provide a more worry free experience. The add on payment option f £36 for indemnity insurance (or £250 deposit held for up too 14 days) seemed excessive and “sharp practice”, and did not reflect well on k suites or booking. Com.

Great location, provided basic place to shower and put our heads.

Very very basic facilities, was staying for just over 2 weeks and no washing up bowl and the plug didn’t fit the sink so had to make do with a cake cover we had. Feels like it needs a good makeover as it was quite run down. Everything felt like it had just been put together with things missing.
