Great location for a weekend stay.

Ideal location for our visit, just a 10 minute walk to the centre

Check-in and check-out times are a bit stingy, 16:00 in - 10:00 out. Saying that,I contacted Felicity the Tiigo Accommodations Director who was extremely helpful in getting us into the property at 15:00 and activating a parking permit for us, she was super helpful. One note on the property, for us it was superficially clean, bedding, towels tea towels etc were spotless, but the property itself could do with a deep clean. On the whole though a very nice property in a great location.

We had a very pleasant weekend but felt the accommodation was a little disappointing.

The location and the outlook. The bedrooms were very nice.

The entrance was gloomy and felt unwelcoming and the bathroom was in need of updating.

Comfortable and spacious

Location is good, just by a open air shopping mall with very good restaurant alternatives. There is very big park near by. Place is very spacious, good for a big group. Customer services team is very helpful, very quick to respond to any questions

Lovely well located flat

The communication was excellent, the location is great. It’s a warm and comfortable flat that felt very safe. It was so convenient for walking in to Cheltenham and I could park right outside. The flat was clean and had everything we could need.

Very well

The location was incredible for easy access into the town. Parking was easy and the view over the park was lovely. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, beds were comfy and the shower was hot and powerful

Could do with new blinds in the bedrooms especially in bedroom one as it is very hard to control and doesn’t close properly. The shower curtain needs to be updated and a coffee table across the front of the sofa in the lounge would be extremely useful

Victorian style stay

Location, easy to access city Center. Fully equipped kitchen. Super comfortable bed and high quality quilts and bedding. View and residential atmosphere. Fast internet.

Heating. It didn’t work. The flat was very cold ( travelling in February) and had to sleep under two quilts. Hair-drier and some fluffy blankets for living room would make it perfect. Please repair the heating!

Exceptional

A good, cosy apartment in a quiet area. The parking is allowed on several streets around so the place can be found. Not far away from restaurants and grocery stores. Easy to commute to beautiful villages in Cotswold by car.

We got three large towels for three guests but only one small. We recommend to provide one large and one small towel per each guest, especially considering longer stays like we had.

the apartment is everything you hope for more for regency Cheltenham

the location was good with easy access to the city centre but opposite the park made it feel park like. the ceiling in the lounge is very attractive. the property is very well equipped with everything you need. beds comfortable. shower was powerful.

the fry pan was a bit large. maybe a smaller one would be helpful. the sunlight can be a little bright in the morning.
