With Four spacious double bedrooms, plus two sleek bathrooms, everyone has room to unwind. The chic open plan basement kitchen and living area with underfloor heating is ideal for cooking together or enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading out to explore.
Tucked away on a quiet cul‑de‑sac, you’ll have permit parking, with additional paid options a 3min walk away.
Step outside and you’re moments from Cheltenham’s best attractions — the Racecourse, Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham Town Hall, and The Wilson Gallery — along with local boutique shops, cafés, grocery stores, and charming coffee spots. Spread over 3 floors there are 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests as well as two modern bathrooms. It’s perfect for families, groups, or business travellers. All the town’s shops, restaurants, and attractions are just a short stroll away.
The house boasts four spacious bedrooms:
Bedroom 1, 2 & 3: Double Beds
Bedroom 4: Two single beds
Beyond the kitchen, the lounge offers seating for eight and a 43-inch wall-mounted smart TV ready for streaming our already included Netflix account.
Ground Floor Bathroom: Shower and toilet
Second Floor Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower and toilet
We offer a small courtyard with table & chairs for alfresco dining.
Appliances include an induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and a large fridge-freezer — everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Guest Access:
The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the smart key box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.
