Enjoyed our weekend in Cheltenham would definitely rebook
Location Opposite the train station so no taxi needed. Plenty of space inside too for our group of 9
Parking wasn’t ideal as although we had 2 permits for two of our group. There were only a handful of spaces outside so we had to park elsewhere then move the car later on when a space became vacant which was a bit of a faff.

Clean, convenient and reasonably priced.
It is across Cheltenham Spa train station and just beside Tesco so whatever basics you need, you can definitely grab within the area. We love the outdoor, living and kitchen area as it is an open space. It’s good for groups who just want to rest and hang around.

Great property and location but doorlock issue
The overall property was in clean condition. The beds were made and bathrooms were very clean. Overall very satisfied with the property
The main door malfunctioned when we got in. We were locked inside and couldn't go out. The backdoor was permanently sealed so we had to jump over the door to go open the main door from the outside. The property manager was very cooperative but he was unable to arrange for repairs so this left a bad taste on an overall good experience.

Very comfortable overnight stay.
This was booked last minute after being let down by another host. I booked in a rush, the information said 2 beds. When we got there there were 5 which was a lovely surprise. Very comfortable and well equipped. Room at dining table for us all which is a rarity. Nice outside space. Large rooms. Tesco 2 doors along very convenient. Chippy 2 doors the other way was good too. Very comfortable stay.
Comfortable seating in lounge only big enough for 4. Parking information wasn't clear but after several messages to host parked for free directly opposite. If I'd read the info properly I would have been aware that I needed to register with a separate company including ID and ID verification which was annoying as I've done that already for booking.com. Also £299 card hold damage deposit but that got released 4 days after stay.
